I thought the USPS sucked but this company has them beat. Package on dock for two weeks so far and they will not pick up. They refuse to answer even one email asking about package. Package is only one state over from the delivery address. Incredibly poor service. Check with who your carrier is before ordering, if it is Pilot aka MAERSK. Don't do it!!

I’m waiting on a package since November 29th and it’s now December 18th and the package is still at the ATL hub. I’ve been working with the JAX office to try to get them to send it for the last 2 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous

We needed a ECOFLO power supply for a fall festival that we were a part of. We purchased it from REI on 9/26 & we were told it would be delivered on Thursday 9/28. On 9/29 @ 1 PM I reached out to Maersk/Pilot & they said it was scheduled to be delivered on 10/3. Well that wouldn’t be good since the event we needed it for was on 9/30. When I explained my situation to Joe Johnson at the PA Pilot distribution center he said give me an hour & let me see what I can do.Joe reached back out and said he can have it to me by 3 am which at this point was just 12 hours out. From Flowery Branch, GA to the PA warehouse is a 10 hour drive.We need more JOE JOHNSONS in this world. We were at our fall festival without skipping a beat or missing any power!Thank you Joe,François Lévesque

I've been waiting for a generator for two weeks and guess what it has not arrived. that just goes to show you that they do not care if they deliver you goods or not so I am going to cancel my order from where i bought it and get my money back!!!!!!

Never shows up with a truck large enough to take all of our pallets. Sometimes, they just don't show up on their scheduled pick up day. We spend the rest of the week trying to get them to pick up.

I ordered a television and was waiting on Pilot to deliver it. It was actually delivered early and the gentleman who delivered it was so polite and professional. Excellent customer service and delivery personnel !!

I am very disappointed with this company. I was supposed to have a mattress delivered today between 11am - 3pm. I kept getting emails that they were 1 hour behind schedule. At 3:04pm the driver called to say they were 30 minutes away. An hour passed and they didn't show up. I had to call this company to see where they were. The dispatcher said the guy didn't have me on his schedule which makes no sense since the driver was on his way! I wasted a day waiting for them.Companies do not need to use Pilot to deliver their products.

They never showed up to pick up my item and stated that they did and charged the vendor. Very dishonest and unprofessional company.

Worst delivery company ever. The performance of pilot Freight was unsatisfactory. The shipment was 5 days late! The package was supposed to be delivered on 09/09/2022 between 8am and 5pm. Not only was the shipment delayed, pilot Freight had absolutely no explanation as to why. I call multiple times. To exacerbate matters, I had to travel more than 50 miles to pick up the package myself. I hope to never have to use this company again.

They do not communicate with you, had to ask about my paperwork did not let me know my load was ready, stood at the window for 10 minutes no one came to the window had to go inside the warehouse to go to the other window just for me to ask about my paperwork. Loading was quick but everything else was horrible

We ordered a gift for our grandsons last week and the product was delivered quickly. We were notified of its progress till day of delivery then were called by driver when he would be at our house. The driver was friendly and courteous. Great job Pilot.

Never received a call on my package. Then my wife sees in her email for 4 days straight package rescheduled for delivery next day. So I call wait on hold for ever then get told package was damaged can’t be delivered. I asked what’s damaged they said I don’t know. How can you not tell me what’s damaged? I said I need pictures they said not for something that’s a cheap product. Don’t matter the value regardless it’s about customer service. Even though the package was 1k. Guess money don’t mean nothing just like customer service don’t neither. What a wonderful delivery company this is. WHAT A JOKE

Very unprofessional service. I paid for my IKEA order to be brought into my townhome. The delivery driver from Pilot Freight Services placed my order outside my front door and drove off without even a knock on the door. To add insult to injury, I was never notified before and after delivery. I stepped out to find that my Order ($2000 worth of furniture) had been drenched in the rain for more than 2 hours! Overall a very bad experience and would strongly recommend IKEA contract a different service provider for deliveries in the Atlanta area
