I applied for an auto loan with Pinnacle in 12/4 and communicated with Carrie at Pinnacle through 12/5. I have yet to hear back from her and am now trying to close my application out. I received financing directly from the dealership in lieu of using Pinnacle, which was at a better rate anyway. I won’t use Pinnacle in the future as I found the communication pretty terrible.

Pam T saw me sitting in the chair for about 20 minutes. She called me to her counter asked me if I had signed in for an appointment with staff. I said yes. She helped me with all of the items I needed and completed my deposit of $5,000 into my new share account. She also printed my member card so I can sign in I line.She made my waiting witty it

Mr. Lee Vaughn was EXCELLENT!!!He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and considerate to my needs activating my dormant account as well as taking the time to walk me through the mobile App and the inclusion of my external/outside financial account!I was ready to withdraw my money and close out my account that I’ve had since 1998, but is positive, constructive interaction restored my confidence in Pinnacle Credit Union!
