I came into this location requesting a new debit card and was turned away from the staff as they said I would receive an updated card in the mail. It has been over a month now and I reached back out to PNC via phone, on the phone they asked why I didn't go in to a branch and when I explained to them that I did they were surprised that I was turned away. I have yet to receive a debit card and it's almost 2 months without one. What I'm dealing with now could of easily been addressed had the staff at this branch just learned to listen to me instead of being so quick to turn me away.

Soooooo this is the location inside the Kroger. I regret banking with PNC almost always anytime I do anything with them besides swipe my card. They declined a transaction on my account a few months ago that resulted in a 30.00 charge for no reason and now I have to fight to get that back. Now I am sitting in this "lobby" and there appears to be only one person working. Oh thank God. Someone is coming to help me... maybe I can update my review.

I stop coming to this location and now I remember why. This gotta be the training location, if I give you my bank card and ID just for some change (dollars) why do you have to walk to the back office just to look my information up? You have it right in your hand we are at a computer. That’s taking up someone’s time and that I don’t have. I never have problems with my other bank. Mark get a little bit more training before they allow you upfront

If I could give no stars I would. I have been sitting outside of the location since 3:53pm to be told it’s only 1 person in the bank so I have to wait to receive my debit card replacement this is no way to treat a customer.

Very small branch inside a busy grocery store. The workers are friendly, helpful and professional. I can't figure out why the other branches have rude workers filled with attitude.

Used to be RBC and then PNC bought it and I have been A customer here for a very long time . just wanted to rate this branch and especially the service of khwaji johnson... In this fast paced business environment it's hard to find personal service like I received the last 30+minutes. Thank you so much....

Apparently things have changed since the earlier reviews. The staff at this location is great! They are friendly and courteous unlike the one on Cobb Parkway or the Chernobyl grade certified nuclear waste that is PNC Greenbriar. I don't know what PNC is doing, but get more of these good workers to the other branches. Sometimes they are a bit slow because the branch is very small, but I have yet to have an issue at this branch.

Use to work for pnc corporate this is not how pnc is ran having customers wait two hours and there’s bankers in the bank with no customers very u professional

This is the worst banking institution I have ever been a part of, the customer service is horrible. The business cares nothing for his customers or the inconveniences they cause to the customer. Bank anywhere but with PNC.

Manger here is always helpful, great attitude, excellent customer service. Opened my account here several years ago, and they treat me with A1 severice as they did back then!!!

Worst bank employee I've ever dealt with. Took over an hour of active work to close a preapproved auto refinance loan, because he had to call the support line three times! he was both unable to get through the computer system on his own, and kept forgetting questions I had previously asked and had to ask support. When the loan documents were printed, he applied "customer sign here" stickers to the signature lines but missed several pages, including the Georgia title/tag application.
