Jereson Smith was so amazing. I opened an account 20 days ago and was having the worst luck. Kerry Ann initially helped me and was so nice, but technical support was not of any assistance when trying to get my business account registered on app. Twenty days later I came into the Buckhead location and Jereson made my experience seamless. He was so calm and troubleshooting is clearly his expertise. I will make sure to come talk to Jereson anytime I have issues with my accounts! Thank you :)

This is NOT A USAA- it is a PNC. 1-10 do not recommend. Drove over 30 mins to this location only for the manager to tell me he knows the directions on Google and Apple Maps say that. So basically you know you are false advertising and have YET to change the false information.

If you have to make deposits on a regular basis, do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere. You will wait FOREVER in the drive thru, the inside of the bank is no better. The few staff I've interacted with couldnt care less.

I called yesterday to ask if a notary was available to notarize a document. They weren't, but said they would be back tomorrow. Fair enough.I came in today, then upon arrival, the employee who greeted me said the notary wouldn't be in until Wed of next week. It's a holiday weekend and I need this document notarized.I went to a nearby Chase Bank (who I also have an account with) and they confirmed they have 2 notaries available today and when I showed up, were in fact in the branch.1 star for my experience with this PNC bank today.

Waiting over 30 minutes to bank in the drive thru couldn't be more stressful. The customer service experience has never been great but not it is beyond abysmal.

Horrible!! I called the bank manager on Thursday and Friday. She never called back. I called her again on Monday. She spoke to me for 10 secs put me on hold and never came back to the phone. We have a nonprofit for victims of Human Trafficking. I’m not sure if that plays a role I’m so confused. I also sent her an email stating that I was on hold. She never called back at all or responded until this day!

I requested a card be sent to me on the 1st of January. Two weeks later still no card and because I did a change of address my account was put into a security review. I submitted all the necessary paperwork and no one has contacted me. This branch where I did most of my business has been a huge disappointment in regards to their customer service. Tasheera and the branch manager Victoria should be ashamed of themselves and their lack of understanding, to say their customer service is tepid at best would me being extremely generous. Neither follow up with customer complaints and there has been zero progress with getting a card sent out to me or getting my account out of this baseless security review. DO NOT bank with PNC this financial institution has to be the most unorganized, unprofessional and disappointing experience I have ever had. I’ve already opened a new account with a much more reputable bank, and already have that card but here I am still in limbo waiting to hear from this supposed “escalation team” so I can have access to close this account!
