Excellent customer service and the food was very good. I'm not sure why they have bad ratings. The cashier was very polite and attentive. Staff were very quick to serve and replaced my mash potatoes.

Did a mobile order and walked around the mall for about 20 mins to ensure my food would be ready. Came to pick up my order from the clearly marked mobile pick up section. Asked for my order and they acted confused . Asked for my name and found my ticket printed. Then told me it would be 10 mins - my food was not cooked . I even waited 12 mins (extra cuz mind you I had already ordered 20 mins prior) and food still wasn't ready. The only good thing I have to say is the app chat allowed for an easy refund process . Smh

I don’t know why or what it is but every time I order through DoorDash whether it’s with McDonald’s Taco Bell, or here they never include my sauces. Or get it completely wrong, or gove me someone else’s order. I even paid extra and asked the Dasher to ensure my sauces were in the bag. I even spoke to the worker to ensure that the location I called was the one that had my order and it was! and he told me I did not have to pay for the sauces he was going to put in my bag. and guess what? They were never there. So of course, it’s a good thing I didn’t pay for them. Good service is a lost art. Not only that, but my bag was not sealed or anything so if the Dasher wanted to, They could’ve touched and did whatever they wanted to to it. Believe it or not but people are crazy these days and I look forward to seeing a sealed bag. Everywhere has this. Like seriously? Disgusting. And rude. Considering I told them I would pay extra and talked to the gentleman. Completely rude and despicable, if the original owner knew of the negligence, should probably have the whole team wiped out in a fresh team brought in and actually turn the place around. Unless the store was bought off by somebody, then it’s most likely a lost cause. Like some branches of McDonald’s.. basically, I’m not using DoorDash again nor coming here ever again. Especially after seeing how this location treats it’s customers. If you can take the heat get out of the kitchen.
