Paid for same day pick up service. Had to come back the next day to pick up the remaining order. And the point of same day is what? When my order was finally produced the revision I paid for was not revised. So I told the gentleman Edward Thomas I need these business cards for tonight. You can't rush an order for same day after hours pick up? He just looked at me as tho I was invisible. Prima Printing is normally on it but this experience was absolutely horrendous. I may have to look into other printing companies in the Atlanta area because this was not it!

We have used Prima for years, but based on our most recent experience with rep Malachi we had to do a review. Malachi went above and beyond to accommodate a mistake. Now we will still get our same day service as needed for a last minute event. Thanks so much team for taking care of us.

What is the point in same day and next day printing if it’s closed on Saturday and Sunday… event is ruined… it should say that before you check out your purchase… the guy at the after hours pick up wouldn’t even help me 10 mins after they closed even though he was helping another customer, said he was still training… but you’re closing by yourself… make it make sense…

Excellent place to print. I have been able to print so many different types of signs here and the quality is excellent! The customer service is wonderful. I have to do many custom prints and the staff is always accommodating to what I need. I would highly recommend for personal and business prints.

I've ordered from PRIMA over 20 times in the last few years, and its so nice to always be greeted by a familiar name. The reps Lotus and Kenya are knowledgable, patient and give the best customer service. Between changing my order/designs and being indecisive, or asking for multiple price options.... I know we are a very needy bar, but the way PRIMA communicates via email - is perfect for people and businesses like us. I absolutely love their team. thanks !

Been using prima for years.. Amazing company.. super reliable and always get the job done. Their communication is top notch and for a business that's one of the most important things. My order was completely messed up and when I asked them to remake them they gave me the exact same cards again. I’m highly upset with this low quality set of cards that I received today. This definitely by far is the worst I’ve ever had from Prima. It’s cut way too short where the photo is and it’s not glossy. A epic failure compared to my last prints they should’ve been free. I had to stall around the area for a remake and it’s still awful.
