I found the showroom to be very impressive and one of the larger Progressive Lighting showrooms I have been to. I saw some great options for my dining room and the salesperson I worked with gave me some other great suggestion for some complimentary fixtures for the foyer. I highly recommend this store. I will be returning soon.

Thank you Colette for helping us! We tried to purchase a ceiling fan at a different Progressive Lighting location closer to where we live. That location did not have it in inventory but told us they would receive it by the date to meet our project timeline. The date came, we called that location, and were told it would not make it on time. We called other locations and discovered the fan was in inventory at the 14th Street showroom. Colette located the product for us and held it while we drove to Atlanta to pick it up. Colette was there to greet us and was very kind and informative. We would have been in a bind without Colette’s help. The 14th street showroom is also very nice and worth seeing in person.

I ordered lights on Sep 10, 2022, today is Sep 20, 2022 and no one has called me to tell me if my lights were in. I called today, and a very rude lady could not find my order in the system based on my phone number. Then after giving her my sales order # she informed me that my phone number was incorrect in their system. Then she tried to page the sales person and could not get her. I then asked her if she could put the correct number in the system, and she said, no, I will leave a message for your sales rep to change it. If the sales rep does not get her text message she will not be able to call me back.

Luckily all of the fixtures in here were either unattractive, overpriced, or both, because boy, I do not want to financially support this business. There was a very nice woman at the front desk, but a very obnoxious male employee was talking about one of their female coworkers who was not present saying, "she's not the coldest beer in the fridge" and "she's lucky she's pretty."If they're saying that in front of the customers, I can only imagine what they are saying once the customers leave...

Light displays galore! Personally, I need to see products, clothes, etc., in person before I can make a decision to buy. Progressive Lighting does not disappoint! So many displays of indoor and outdoor lighting. Every price point. And, if you don't find anything that tickles your fancy, they have catalogs! Plus, the staff are very helpful! Recommend for all your lighting needs!

Great collection but CS can be better. The front service lady was almost sleepy. She needs more training. But the salesperson J Cole was awesome and not too pushy. Collections are great. If you know better/as good as this lighting stores, please let me know in the comments!

We ordered a light from this place over 2 months ago. They did not have it on site so in two weeks they called and said to pick it up. When we got to the store to pick it up they didn't have it. So they said they would ship it to us. Never happened. A month later I called and asked for a refund which they said they would provide (they still did not have our light). A month later still no refund. No light. Buyer beware.Update: finally got the light. It was not shipped, we had to go pick it up but at least we got it, 3 months later. Updating review from 1 star to 3.

I have always had good experiences in the store before.Yesterday I went in and spent an hour looking at product and selected a red tag clearance product. I was then told I would have to drive to the Roswell store to get my selection.They have a sign out front on 14th St. announcing the sale. That sign should say “drive to Roswell for our 50% off sale”. I understand that clearance product may not be profitable. But no one should have to spend an hour shopping only to find out that they have to drive to Roswell to pick up merchandise.Thank you!
