This is absolute worst storage location. On a busy Friday there absolutely no one working. We needed to have our lock cut and this is what I was told: 1. I will put in a ticket for the Property manager to call you-never happened 2. We only cut locks once per month- never heard of this before 3. We will out in a ticket and the lock will be cut in 72 hours 4. The regional manager does not help with this horrible experience bc they focus on operations.
I will keep pursing this absolutely poor experience. They have no commitment to working through problems. They acknowledge all positive reviews and ignore the negative ones. Total sham!!!!! And a poor representation of Public Storage

Hi im currently renting a storage at this facility an the staff an services with this place is awesome and affordable. Miss J with the red tint in her micro is a doll an very hospitable. God Bless this great asa team.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Tanner and was incredibly impressed by her exceptional customer service. From the moment she contacted me, Ms. Tanner was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. She listened patiently to my concerns and went above and beyond to resolve them promptly and efficiently.she had such a positive attitude and was willing to go the extra mile created a seamless and positive experience. She made me feel valued as a customer and exceeded my expectations.Thank you soooo much

Do NOT use this facility.I was given an incorrect code to get into the building. I tried calling the property manager a few times and left messages that I Was trapped in the gated parking lot for quite some time and left messages for the property manager and never heard back. I finally was let out of the parking lot by a customer that was in the building who verified the code I was given did not work.I never received a call from the property manager or public storage my whole move was messed up and I had to find same day accommodations and now they don't want to refund my money. Called the property 2 days later and spoke to Justine and she was happy to close my account and said I needed to call customer service for a refund which I did immediately after hanging up with her and spoke with Alfred and he said they should have issued the refund and because my account was closed(2 minutes ago) he couldn't help me. Now I have to file a dispute in the midst of an out if state move!! Such a scam!!Zero stars given!!!

Five stars for Bryant, a very helpful manager! Three stars for parking. It's a bit tight but the location is perfect.

Worse possible experience ever. Service is piss poor. Unit number was on 7th floor, went in my things had bugs/insects all over them. Damaged my items there were no bugs when I originally stored and felt safe Storing since it wasn’t the bottom level, it was climate controlled and it was supposed to be protected from the outside elements.Nobody is ever in the office there has always been an excuse for this when i call the customer service number. On the phone I’m told that it’s not a self service location but that’s all I was getting was self service.Was told to go to a nearby location to handle something (in atl nothing nearby is nearby) arrive at the location I was told that the info given wasn’t accurate and they couldn’t assist me.I have more negative than positive things to say about this specific location I would never use again or recommend to a dog to spend the night.

The absolute worst place to keep your belongings! They will call about late payments but not when there’s a leak(from their AC unit) that’s making water enter your unit. Some of my items have mold on them from the AC leaking. When I asked how that managed to happen I was told “ they don’t know” I left my name and asked if a manager could reach out to me and that of course never happened. I have several pictures of my items prior to putting them in the unit brand new! I can’t wait to discuss this matter! In addition, my unit was not locked properly one day I left, I asked if they could temporarily secure it for me due to my work schedule. They assured me they couldn’t do that. I even spoke with the property manager via email and her stating they couldn’t put a lock on it. I go to my unit a couple months later and there’s a new lock on my unit that I didn’t place there. Once I got in contact with someone there they told me they put a lock on it because they had an inspection from state! So it took a state visit for me to get some help but when I asked they couldn’t do it. I also received no call letting me know that either. They are never there during business hours. The staff doesn’t want to work! The place looks horrible and they keep going up on the rent. The WORST & MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THIS HAS BEEN FOR ME!

I reserved my storage sat I was told personally that they closed at 6 the next day which was SundayI rented the uhaul made it to the storage Sunday at 5:30 they were closed. Had to pay extra for mileage and extra day for uhaul. On top of that I was moving 45 mins away. Terrible situation with The misinformation
