If I could give this place NEGATIVE 15 stars I would. Where do I start. First off, our unit was robbed recently. The useless attendant who lives there full time said she saw no suspicious activity. However, the attendant turns a blind eye when it comes to any activity on the premises. MULTIPLE people are living in the storage units. There are extension cords running through the indoor units and I’ve met one of the guys that lives there and uses the back as his private bathroom. The doors are often propped open or in the photo below, they tape the door open. Then public storage has the audacity to raise the rates? I just can’t. We needed a unit close to our home but I feel so violated with the lack of customer service. Public storage has a 1800 number with employees that can’t do anything and won’t transfer you to anyone higher. I truly hope this location goes out of business.
*****edit April 11th**** to Avery’s review above. No I am not mad that Tiffany was doing her job. Tiffany was not doing her job. Which is why there are people living in this facility. Instead of holding this place accountable the managers only pay attention to a good review

Property manager Tiffany is a great person she do her job. Who ever that other customer is just mad when she only doing her job being Nice and trying to take advantage of her. And I appreciate her for great 😃 job she does.

If I didn’t have respect for the property manager here then this review would be very nasty. This was my first experience renting a storage unit and it has been a nightmare. March will certainly be my last month as a Public Storage renter. Disappointed but not surprised.

I stored my items here for years. Tiffany has always been so kind and helpful. There is a rat issue but that’s likely with any outdoor storage facility.
