I went to rent a space at this facility. (Public Storage 1506 Howell Mill Rd.) The manager Jacqueline “assisted” me in proceeding to acquire a storage unit. Jacqueline understood I was very interested in knowing what the costs of the storage unit I was considering were. We spoke about the cost for easily ten minutes. Jacqueline even made me aware rates could possibly increase every six months. I didn’t have to have the space at the time I entered the facility and I made Jacqueline aware of this fact. Jacqueline demonstrated extremely unethical\dirty business practices when dealing with me. We go over the numbers and I decide to go ahead and purchase a space. The literal second I swipe my card Jacqueline puts her head down in shame and says, “And there is a $29.00 non refundable fee.” I looked at her in shock. $29.00 is not much money but what shocked and disgusted me was we spent easily ten minutes going over what I thought were all the costs for the unit and this unethical being kept that information from me. Literally the second I swiped my card she then says, “Slyly trying to make her voice sound like everything was simply routine when she knew she had done me dirty, “And there is a non refundable $29.00 fee.” I immediately stated, “Why didn’t you tell me this when we were discussing the costs??? You kept this from me.” Jacqueline simply kept her head down and stated numerous times, “The fee is non refundable. The fee is non refundable.” I never asked her if the fee was refundable. I asked her why she didn’t tell me about this non refundable fee when we were discussing the cost of the unit. Jacqueline knew she had conned me so she simply wouldn’t answer the question. She just kept saying, “The fee is no refundable. The fee is non refundable” with her head down because she was being exposed for the dirty deed she had performed. I told her had I been made aware of this non refundable fee prior to swiping my card I still would have done so. The money wasn’t the issue. The issue is Jacqueline demonstrated dirty ethics. Jacqueline wanted to make sure the deal went through in order to keep her numbers up so she simply neglected to tell me about this non refundable fee because she thought I possibly might wait to rent the space at a later time. Jacqueline’s dirty ethics continued however after this misdeed.At Public Storage the managers are supposed to inform the customers one can either buy one of their locks or use their own. I had my own lock which I had planned to use. Jacqueline never followed Public Storage policy by making me aware I can use my own lock rather she simply charged my credit card a lock fee in order to make an even bigger sale for the company which makes her look good. Only after I had made my payment did she then tell me about the lock fee to which I then told her I have my own lock which warranted a refund of this fee.Jacqueline’s ethics are poor. Her behavior was extremely dirty and calculated. I tried to move past her dirty ethics and keep the storage unit but decided the next day I simply couldn’t. I then canceled the storage arrangement and took my belongings out. I couldn’t be reminded of Jacqueline’s dirty ethics every time I visit the space. I had planned to keep my belongings in storage for at least 7 years however I could never do this knowing how dirty Jacqueline had treated me when signing me up. Lastly, she rushed me through the signing of the contract in which the hidden non refundable fee was present so I wouldn’t see it.Jacqueline’s ethics in my dealing with her were extremely dirty. I would never rent at this location because of the manager Jacqueline’s poor ethics. I would stay away from this place so long as the mentioned manager is in place. Jacqueline’s ethics in my dealing with her were very dirty. Extremely dirty.

Horrible customer service. No one is ever there. No one returns my calls. A rat got into my unit. There was rat feces, everywhere, trash was dragged in from other units. Rat feces is all over all of my baby items that I had stored. No one would return my calls when I complained. After calling for a week straight and never getting a call back, I escalated it to a customer service representative only to be told it was my problem and please clean it up if I’m moving out. I would never store my items here. It appears from other reviews there is a rat infestation and this is a common problem. No one seems to be willing to solve the issue and help with cleanup.

Absolutely amazing store owner I was stressing about getting to the airport and was having issues at another location and she went out of her way to make sure she got in contact with someone to help me. Absolutely would recommend this location to anyone looking for storage. Great quality help and truly cares about their customers.

WORST EVER. Someone is making fake reviews because they never have staff or open. Rats got in my things and someone stole all of my other good stuff.

This storage facility 100% stole from me. I put my belongings in storage in December and went to Florida and came back 4 months later in December and there was so many missing things. TVs, clothes, shoes, a sound bar And as I’m unpacking I’m noticing more and more little things are gone like wall art, a ring light and more. I’ve filed a claim with the insurance and also filed a police report but There was no sign or forced entry so I don’t think they’ll help or replace the things but I think this was an inside job to be honest. I remember when I was moving the things into the storage, the 1st lock they provided me had no keys so I was going down the elevator to replace the lock with another and the manager met me at the elevator and I told her there was no key to the lock and she gave me another one. The police says the locks are supposed to have 2 keys but this lock only had 1. I’ve contacted an attorney and I’m just going to let them handle it at this point. Im so upset and no one seems to care. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY!

Riddhima and prakita were very knowledgeable, and educational. They were both patient and very customer oriented. This is what kind of people are needed to promote a company .I'm a satisfied customer. I believe they need a raise !!!!!!!

Riddhima at this location is the absolute best. Of all the places I contacted she was the only person who was both professional and polite which ultimately shaped my decision to rent here. She was great once I was there as well and took time to show me everything and explain everything. I can’t say enough good things about her!!

I choose to book my building online at 11pm at night. It was easy to navigate the website and I was immediately texted with all my personal information and gate codes. The next morning when I arrives Remedy , the property manager met me at the unit with all the information, went back over it throughly and the insurance paper work as well. Gave my my lock and key and navigated me around the property. She had wonderful customer service , gave me the times they were open and was very helpful. Happy customer Im paying 70$ less at this property for a larger unit as well! Thank you god! Thanks public storage and thank you Remedy!

I want to thank Rahdema, who is office manager at the front desk over on Howell Mills! She is always very helpful and knowledgeable! I look forward to seeing her Everytime I stop by. She also keeps this facility much cleaner than it used to be prior to her working there. She was so sweet and friendly and hardworking! Please @PublicStorage Give this girl a raise!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
