I've had a storage unit at this public storage location since November 22nd and the place looked like a dumpsite with no working employees for months. Since Riddhima has been employed the place is ALWAYS exceptionally clean. Riddhima is always busy working,blowing and checking storage units. Very diligent and goes above and beyond her job description. She is definitely a star at Public Storage at the Bolton rd location.

I needed a storage unit on last min notice, the young lady Riddhima (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) but she was wonderful, she made the process easy under a stressful time. It’s great people like her that should definitely be appreciated.

Riddhima was incredibly helpful & welcoming. I managed to lock my phone in my unit and I didn’t have my code memorized yet. I called from the gate for her help, and she came to my rescue!

I had a great experience at this storage facility. Kayla was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and clear communication really stood out. If every customer service experience were like this, I’d be looking for excuses to store more stuff.
