My experience was the worst the black manager and the mix dude they was trying to steal our stuff after I left the storage on briarcliff and move to this location only for 2 weeks they told us we had one hour to get our stuff if not they will keep it I saw the black manager and that dude kissing while I was walking to the elevators and they were talking about us and all the other costumer they were so rude and called the police on us our truck was late but we definitely was moving our things with no problem please don't rent here they will kick you out and keep your items Tiana howard she only cares about white customers and money that's all she's very races and no compassion I'm still waiting on my $200 from the company and they haven't told me anything at all I will take this matter to court definitely my husband is type 2 Diabetes and they don't provide you with restrooms when we come to this storage 2weeks ago we got here late and they we was still trying to put our stuff inside it was after 11 p.m the call Brookhaven Police on our first day of rental they told us to leave our items outside and come back in the morning and after that it was a problem till now that we are leaving. DO NOT RENT IN HERE TIANA WE SEE YOU IN COURT

Great storage facility and Mihila the manager is a great genuine guy. He’s very nice and makes sure the property is cleaned, and the security access checkpoints all work efficiently.

The property manager - Mihila was very helpful and kind - he took a bag of trash I had pending - and was very positive on his approach to me- I liked the interaction very much- I have been a tenant for 6 years and he was the most positive person I have met

Over the last few months this location has made a GREAT turnaround under the guidance of Mihila. The property appears well maintained now. If / when you have a problem or question you get a quick response from Mihila and everything you discuss is addressed.

Mihila was super helpful when i was moving in. I had an issue with logging in and he took the time to walk me through process. Its nice to have someone onsite who you can rely on if im ever in a pinch. Only 2 weeks in but public storage was a good move!

I now have 3 units in this facility and my experience has been much better every time I visit. The first time I came I was not told that there was an app for easier access to entry points which has completely changed my experience. I do feel like pest control could be better, I still see small critters crawling around near my units which concerns me for when I eventually have to relocate my belongings.

I would really like to thank Mihila. I had misplaced my keys and needed a new set and he truly made it an easy process. Not only did he provide me with a new lock he even sent me a demonstration in case I needed it on how to open the lock. He kept me updated on the process and if I have to say so myself that is Stellar Customer Service.

10 out of 10 recommend! The facilities were so clean! Mihila what’s the one who helped me and was very professional and informative! Great deal great location. I would feel 100% safe with my belongings here! I will be coming back to get a unit and get set up with this company! Some of the locations I have been looking at have been very dirty and I did not feel like it would be a good move for me, but I was so impressed by the service I received here that I will recommend this place to everyone!
