Do NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM HERE!!! The property manager will never answer the phone or return a phone call ! Nobody has a direct number for her and the one that’s listed you’ll never get an answer!

BEWARE!!!I reserved and paid for a storage unit and the complete mess began when I wasn’t sent the gate code. After 30 minutes I was given the code. When I arrived (it’s an unmanned location) the gate was open, building wide open, zero measures to secure the facility) and the unit was no better - something extremely sticky (think molasses) was all over the floor, there were broken beer bottles, no lock left (which I paid for and was supposed to be in the unit), no zip tie on the unit (which is how a Public Storage rep said the unit would be left indicating it was prepared), the unit was not prepared whatsoever.I spent over an hour talking to reps from the virtual kiosk on site, to no avail. There were no other appropriate units available. I will add that it was about 90 degrees in that kiosk.I had to pay movers twice due to arriving to an unfit unit, all while dealing with a tragic family loss.It took weeks to get someone to return a call from Public Storage who could refund me. I was issues a refund in full.MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, A MONTH LATER PUBLIC STORAGE SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS . Whatttt?? They inconvenienced me and cost me money because they didn’t deliver the product I paid for. I fulfilled my end of the transaction 100%, they fulfilled 0% on their end, and now I have to fight collections and have my credit negatively impacted because they’re DISORGANIZED.This company doesn’t care about the consumer imo, and has zero issue taking money but can’t deliver the promised product.

I think the Public Storage property at Brookhaven needs a facelift. My mom has been keeping her things there for a year and the place is a ghost town. It is like pulling teeth to get any on site help.However, I will say the property manager TIFFANY has done a great job helping me handle my account over the phone.She called me the day before Thanksgiving and the Monday right after the holiday weekend to make sure that I was taken care of with price and late fees.TIFFANY is a hard worker and a kind soul. She handles five properties by herself but went out of her way for me. Her customer service is awesome.

!BEWARE! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went to go move into it today and wound up moving out of it today too. I purchased a unit online and reserved it and it appeared to be easy breezy….BUTI first got there and the door to the building was jammed and looked like someone tried to break into it before. Then I go inside and it reeks of urine and rat poop. It looked a mess and was nasty and I should’ve known then but it gets worse…. The elevator wasn’t working so I was unable to get up to the floor I needed to and was forced to take the stairs. And then I bring up all of my stuff into the unit and it didn’t lock properly. It appeared that someone previously had tried to break it open and it must’ve worked because it completely misaligned the lock and the door latch. I’m appalled that no one thought to check and make sure it locked before another person used it. And don’t expect to get help at this location because you won’t. There is no one there to help you besides a virtual assistant who can’t even do anything for you either. After spending almost $90 and only receiving $30 of it back, I highly recommend you stay away from this storage unit.

After you pay for your unit you will find your storage is already locked and someone else using it, they just want you to pay. My advice to go for a different place!!!!

Worst location EVER. 2 people hung up the live call while I was mid sentence - one named Ashja. Was told they would give us another unit at the same rate as a smaller one due to maintenance issues on their behalf, however, they still charged us the regular rate (which is 2x the rate that I booked). I Spent over an hour trying to access the property when it kept telling me I had an incorrect code. They reset the same code and magically it worked just to finally get to an elevator that DOES NOT WORK to access a 3rd floor unit…. They accommodated us by moving us to the 2nd floor….. I returned 6 days later just to find out I can’t access my unit on the 2nd floor because the elevator STILL does not work. I informed the workers that my disabled husband would not be able to access any of these units without the elevator and she (an agent named Michelle) told me there was not she could do.. when asking for my full refund she then told me she wasn’t sure I’d receive one due to having booked the unit on 8/24…. Today is the 1st of September….. lastly, I booked this unit 08/24/2023 and paid a total of $116, why did they then charge me $109 on 09/01/2023…. For a 6 day prorate that just doesn’t make sense considering I’m not renting a $400+ monthly unit. This is THE worst experience I’ve ever had and you can’t talk to anyone in person, it’s only an automated full service assistance. Would not recommend this location to anyone which is ridiculous considering this location is less than 5 miles from my home (Franny was great - thanks for your help)

To follow up on my review of July 15, I terminated my rental of the storage unit on July 16 by giving Pubic Storage notice on their web site. I received notice of the termination (and pathetic "offer" to discount my rent for six months if I would stay. Obviously no way in H!ll I was going to continue renting from this sh*t hole. Today I received notice from American Express my card was being charged for August rent. Called to dispute the charge with Amex and Pubic Storage. "Just a mistake" This place sucks and you should not rent a unit here.

Rented a space that said it was ready. This property had an un-manned office with a kiosk. First my gate code didn't work for hours on my move in day. Finally when I got my gate code to work, went to my unit and there was a blue Public Storage lock on the unit and I couldn't not access. Called the property manager and left multiple messages. Called the 800 number and could not speak to a human, just sent me back to the location property manager. Finally got through via a live chat and the best he could do was reach out to the property manager for me and he told me I would get a call in 72 hours.. don't rent here.

This is the Worst experience ever. Gate access code provided never worked. There are no one answering the phone nor is there anyone at the site incase something like this happens.

If you have the terrible misfortune of renting a storage unit at Public Storage, 4300 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta GA 30319, keep this information handy in case you need it. This is a self-service property. If your gate code does not work (like mine didn't work), don't waste your time calling the phone number on your rental agreement. The voice greeting you will hear says, "we will return your call." That is a lie. The greeting will say, "we care about your business." That is a lie. I tried to get a call back 6 times with no success. Instead, when you are stuck at the gate with your movers and moving truck, unable to get in, call Public Storage at 800-567-0759. Press option 1 for sales. (If you choose an option for existing renters you will get long hold times, get transferred and get disconnected). Tell the customer service representative "my gate code does not work and I want a temporary access code." Be ready with your unit number, your non-working access code and the last 4 digits of your driver's license number. This process will take 10-15 minutes. If you get transferred, placed on hold or disconnected (which is likely), start over again. Your temporary access code will work until 6pm that day. I had to go through this process every time I visited my storage unit. If Public Storage tells you to call the "buddy property" in Marietta to get help, say NO. Insist on getting a temporary access code. Public Storage at 4300 Peachtree Road NE will inform you that your unit will have a padlock inside. This is a lie. Bring your own padlock and tell customer service (same number above) you want to be reimbursed for the $20 padlock fee. Also, your storage unit will be dirty with trash. Bring your own broom to clean it before you store your stuff. The so-called "manager" of this storage facility is a Public Storage employee. This person should be fired.

My gate code never worked after paying for the unit. I've called to speak with the property manager at the Brookhaven location never received a response left several messages contacted customer service was told would be resolved in 48 hours. It's been two months still getting charged and never been allowed access into the gate. Horrible service. Would not use without dealing with an actual person.

The worst experience ever! They literally charged me for my month service then when I move all my belongings the same day I’m charged now the gate code don’t work I spoke with 10 people no one wants to resolve the issue only push you off to someone else to deal w/it there attempt to fix the gate code link being broken is by charging my card for the next month SCAM!!!!! I literally just had to move all my belongings back into my home which I’m set to move out by tomorrow bottom line is find another storage place where people actually want to work

Do not rent from this place my access code didn't work, and there is no one on site. I called the number for assistance left many messages and haven't not received a call back. Lost money on my move, paid movers and could not get in the gate on my move date. This Public Storage is trash! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM and lose money!

my access code didn't work, and there was no one to help me. No one on site. Not a great location for deliveries and any kind of customer service doesn't exist. Do not use. Better options elsewhere.

A very easy and fast online process!! A fully automated procedure! I went from the website to unloading my items for storage in my assigned unit in less than an hour!
