Always out of rotisserie chicken no matter the time of day

Visited this location on 3/4 at 6:36pm. The young lady working in the deli had a very bad attitude. She appeared to be the younger of 2 women working at the time and she was the first on the station. The deli is out of bread and instead of announcing it while the line is forming and people are waiting she decides to wait until we approach the counter after waiting 5+ minutes in line to tell us with a nasty attitude that she only has wraps and salads. I understand Running out of product, but there’s never an excuse to have a nasty attitude about it.

I don’t know who the worker is that’s working over in deli with the braids and loud eye shadow but she always have a bad attitude every time I come in for a sandwich. I don’t like how she talk to the customers and her approach when she’s greeting them. Very hostile & nasty attitude. She need to work in the back unloading boxes instead of servicing customers all day. I’ll be shopping at the Publix by Avondale instead from now on.

I will not return to this location. It was one of the worst Publix I have ever seen. I’m sure they are only there because of the location.

Generally clean easy access store. There's always a question mark about the deli regarding wait times and whose/or is anybody working certain sections. I continue to question while even grabbing a few items will always equal $20-30 or better 🤷🏿♀️

Service and everyone is working so hard at this location. especially the employees working the deli and sandwiches. This low rating is for management. You need to hire more people on shift for the deli they are overworked with in person and mobile orders and need more assistance. This is not a job for 2 people working sandwiches. You need more hands on deck. I will no longer come to this location because management is not handling this properly. It's not the job of the workers to go faster on these orders, that's how mistakes happen. Do better, management

If I could give this deli a 0 star I would. They encourage you to do online order, order 30 minutes in advance. I get to the store at the time of pickup and have to wait another 30 minutes to get my order. Waste of time. Just go elsewhere.
