Don’t like the fact that they have a 3.8 rating. Have yet to have a negative experience here that had anything to do with the pharmacy and I have been coming here for years. My prescription gets filled promptly. They pick up the phone and never chastise me when I don’t know my refill number. What is there to complain about?

The lead (I think lead) pharmacist is extremely impatient and dismissive. There is no compassion or understanding from her part. She just states that she’s busy and will get to it when she can. She needs to understand that she is in a position that requires a certain level of customer service and that people rely on pharmacists to help their health. Extremely disappointed in how she handles customer interactions.

I’ve been using my neighborhood Publix pharmacy Since December 2019 (4 years). Up until approximately 3 weeks ago I’de say it was an incredibly positive experience. However I have had 2 negative experiences not to mention my Dr’s office has complained to me about recent interactions with this particular store and the personell’s poor attitude in the store. Hopefully the Asian lady that was seemingly in charge before these incidences began 3 weeks ago is just on vacation; otherwise I’ll be switching to my local Walgreens instead of walking to my neighborhood Publix. Poor attitude of pharmacists on duty (07 JAN 2024 aprox 12:30 pm), quick to return your prescription to you and ask “if you would like to fill somewhere else”. I felt overly (by the same individual) scrutinized when seeking vaccinations for me and my children. Repeated negative experience with two personell. Negative interaction with the nurse(s) from my Dr’s office. Look into this personell issue please.

I came to the Atlantic Station Publix bakery for a same day bday cake although Kia, is her name, wasn't able to accommodate my request (must be 24 hours in advance for customaries) she was still so very pleasant and polite to me. She went above and beyond to offer alternatives and I can also tell she runs a tight ship, her workspace was so neat and cleanly.

This review is for the Bakery at the Atlantic Station Publix. My son' birthday was a few weeks ago and I asked what type of cake he wanted and he said Paw Patrol and sprinkles lol. I have a baker we go too but she was booked and I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to figure out where I could get a cake on short notice from and boom! I remembered Publix makes personalized cakes. So the night before I place my order for my son's Paw Patrol cake and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! I couldn't have been happier with the cake I was presented, especially for such a great price and at such short notice. Not to mention, anything for my lil guy and the cake was the highlight of his day and there's no price I could ever put on that. The cake itself was a vanilla cake with vanilla custard inside and sprinkles added for color and on the outside a full paw patrol theme with the cutest Marshall toy car on it that actually rolls and your child can play with. The cake was delicious, not too sweet and it was very moist and lasted perfectly in the refrigerator. SHOUT OUT TO THE BAKER THAT MADE MY BABIES CAKE!!! You are a SUPERSTAR!!

These folks are amazing! Prescriptions are filled almost before I leave my Dr, and they’re happy to fill pet prescriptions too. They’ll call me if there’s a problem or even to make sure I know about the new medication.

I went there on Friday and got good and have had food poisoning ever since. After several days in the hospital and updating the store manager, completely ignored. ano accountability. Stay away from their prepared food!!!! Your entire digestive system will be in for a horrible treat.

Flamin hot cheese puffs, but no flamin hot Fritos for the hubby. They have the Starbucks Vanilla latte, cold too. So thirsty from the salty chicken kebab earlier.

Deli customer service is consistently bad, you move like there isn't a line if people. If you place an advance order an hour ahead of time and even give them a 30 minute grace period, it's still not ready when you arrive, and when you let them know you're there for a pickup order, they take their sweet time and catch an attitude if you point out that it was supposed to be ready at a specific time. There is one person that's actually fast and friendly and he's a light skinned little guy. The rest of the team needs to be replaced.

it may be time to close this location or hire new staff to restock- instacart is not a viable business to navigate through publix's lack of discernment for conducting even adequate business. every order- and i mean every order- publix can not fullfil the bare minimal requirements as there are numerous items out of stock or not replenished- today was the last straw- i tried to order publix's own deli meat- yet it too was out of stock this is beyond ridiculous close the store place under new management fire useless employees something! anything!

I have been going to this pharmacy for 9 years and it’s the best! The pharmacist are knowledgeable and refill medications with urgency. One pharmacist actually went to a nearby Publix to pick up a medication for my son, I’m forever grateful for them.

So few times, can anyone say spending money is a fun experience when it's a necessity, yet publix did its job above and beyond . Mr. George would be proud of this store, from cleanliness to product availability and, above all, excellent customer service. Thank you to Kaleaf and Kristina for reminding me why I love shopping at Publix!

Customer service is great but lord have mercy, the produce section is consistently the WORST of ANY grocery store in and around Atlanta and I've been to them all! Everything single time I go there is barely any selection and all of the produce is bruised up and or ugly. And it's not like I'm showing up at 6:30 after everybody already took all the good produce I shop in the morning and this is consistently a problem for me. They really need some quality control in that part of the store. I would exclusively shop here because it's the closest grocery store but I have to drive all the way to Kroger because this place sucks.
