The staff knows much more about what they can’t do then they know about what they can do for you. And I have no idea why a pharmacy with three or four staff members has to shut down totally for lunch. How about two people Work and two people go to lunch. No, that makes too much sense

The pharmacist here was incredibly rude, belittled me, and scoffed when I asked questions about my prescription. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, however she provided no customer service and did not demonstrate any of the values required of a pharmacist. I was speechless when I left. Store otherwise is great and everyone else was wonderful! Consider a different pharmacy.

Great Publix store. Easy to reach. Good parking. Nice other stores and neighbors. Orange Theory, Pho, Ballet, etc. The staff really does an amazing job. The Pharmacy especially really extends the extra effort. They are very detailed about benefits and best options for Rx fulfillment. Thanks y'all.

management doesn't staff the pharmacy with enough people. phone can ring off the hook and often only one person is there to handle customers. and the entire pharmacy closes for lunch in the middle of the day? there should be three people working every shift so each could go to lunch separately instead of shutting down.

Had to switch from CVS to Publix due to health plan about 6 months ago. Publix Pharmacy Chastain Square has been great! The staff has been courteous and efficient. It's been a great experience so far.

This used to be a great Publix. I've shopped here for over 10 years. The last few years they seem to go through management on at least an annual basis. The deli is challenging to even get a simple sandwich. The customer service desk is now staffed by the last people I would put there. There are a few faces that have been there a very long time but this new crop makes the place seem more like Kroger. It's too bad.
