Got a turkey Reuben today and it was horrible. Didn't used the proper bread. U can tell it was made quickly and sloppy. Sandwich didn't even have all the proper add-ons. Was literally just turkey and sauerkraut. No cheese or dressing. Bread was soggy and damp. Prolly never going back here again

No carts. Had to get a ton of waters and sodas and it was a real struggle. Act like a real grocery store, Publix, this is embarrassing

Nice enough Publix. Went in at 9:45 am and left at 10:20am. Picked up my free Publix Bar Cake for my birthday. Didn't have a big pre-made salad selection. Just needed a simple garden salad. None available. Waited for Mardi Gras chicken to become available but was not by the time I was forced to leave for work. Staff was very pleasant, though. 4 stars only because the items I needed (except my free cake) were not out. Clean as well! Very important.

Came here today and the guy at Customer Service is NOT customer friendly at all to Ga lottery winners. I was told while the short African guy with the light purple shirt on didn't attempt to assist, except for saying we DON'T have the money. I have never heard of that 🤔. Ga lottery needs to audit all stores with their machines. They want people to play and spend money on tickets but they don't want to cash the winning tickets.

I usually shop at the Midtown location (more deals) but they had pretty much everything in stock. This location doesn't have as much traffic and definitely has better and more options than the Target nearby.

The staff is usually WONDERUL ! I’ve never experienced a problem until now. I waited patiently for 20 min of my hour break to get a sandwich with 1 person ahead of me. When it was my time I greeted DEEDEE. I said how are you she replied what u having .. I said before u get started can you lay the paper down(because the counter was filthy ! ) she said WHEN I GET TIME ! maybe Deedee was having a bad day but for whatever reason now I’m having a hungry bad day. I said Nevermind and she said SAY LESS ! rude for what ? I was kind .. now my kind self sitting here hungry . Smh

Easy to get the items needed quickly without much of a wait. It's nice once again to have a cashier and a person to bag your groceries; however, the bill is far greater than Kroger

My cousin and aunt in Atlanta who are absolute health fanatics kept insisting I should give Publix a chance. But over the month that I have been here, I simply can't see what all the hype is about. For a chain that claims to be centering around healthy brands , I was appalled by their lack of variety. Every time I came here looking for something, they didn't have what I was looking for and I ended up at Kroger's or Whole Foods. For example, they have a giant frozen foods section but the gluten free pizzas all have dairy cheese. Most people who opt for a gluten free pizza also prefer non-dairy free cheese options but Publix had none. You'd think that they would have at least one or two such options. Their non-dairy creamers were also sorely lacking in variety. They also didn't have any keto cake mixes. I thought I was being a spoiled Californian having lived there for 16 years but the prices are also unreasonably high. Even Whole Foods seems cheaper in comparison. I did discover a pickled hummus that became a staple snack item for me. Other than that, it's just meh and overpriced.

The store has a very large variety. There were healthy and organic options. The employees were nice and helpful as well.

The sales prices are NEVER in the system when u go to the check outs. The ignorant cashiers are argumentative and try to make u believe that something that's clearly BOGO is NOT on sale, when all they have to do is look in the sales paper. Even though I live close to this location, I try my best to go to the 10th street location or to Kroger.

One of the stores to shop at, lol, everybody knows Publix. The customer service team is the best, always someone to help you if needed.
