First time at this Publix... Deli is terrible. You can stand there trying to get cold cuts for 15 mins before anyone even acknowledges you, or starts helping you. Super slow. Will go to another Publix going forward.

Don’t bother with the subs here. Arrived 15 minutes after scheduled pick up time and they hadn’t even started prepping the order. Finally got the sandwich and it was the saddest, scrawniest I’d received in a long time. Crazy how you pay $15 for a full sized sandwich just to be hungry after.

Its pretty small cramped Publix. Be careful with the woman bathroom (specially if you have to change a baby) male employee can without knocking just open the woman bathroom to see what's going on. The baby had to be cover so he wouldn't see the diaper change. He didn't come in to clean, he didn't knock. We reported it to the manager. What that employee was looking for we don't know; it was just WRONG. I'm staying away from that Publix go to Target its in the same shopping mall.

Not the best Publix. Parking lot feels sketchy (they have on duty cops monitoring), produce area is small, most selections are limited to the very basics. I would recommend driving up to the nicer, bigger one in Brookhaven

This location has the slowest deli workers ever .I PRE ORDER MY SUB and it took them over an hour to get it done .I waited and asked for my order but the lady was just standing there acting dumb .She was doing everything else but making online orders.The manager did not help at all.There was multiple employees doing nothing.If you want to order a sub dont order it here go to a different location.

I generally try to stay away for restaurant reviews but in this case.. This deli is the nastiest place ever. I recently visited the deli and as the lady was preparing my sub she sneezed in her hand , turn around and proceeded to continue to work on the sandwich! I could not even what I was seeing. I stopped her and asked , are you serious !”. If you can believe it ! she continues until I said lady I refuse to eat that! As I walked away to report her ,she yelled next and others started walking away. Please be careful at this deli .. As we all know you can die because of this behavior.. No hand washing .. No changing of gloves .. JUST NASTY..

Welcome to Publix: the small corner store that thinks it's a grocery giant... until you start looking for anything beyond the basics. ??♂️ If you've got dietary restrictions, good luck finding more than a sad salad and a can of beans.
Walking down the aisles feels like a game of 'grocery store roulette' - will they have that gluten-free pasta you need, or will you have to settle for the same old boxed mac and cheese? It's like a culinary adventure where the only surprise is how limited the options are.
But hey, at least the checkout lines move faster than a speeding shopping cart. And if you're in the mood for a challenge, try finding a parking spot during peak hours - it's like a game of 'musical cars' with a side of stress.
Publix, you may be small in size, but you've got big aspirations. Just maybe add a few more options for us dietary rebels next time, okay? ?? #GroceryStoreShenanigans #LimitedOptions

If Publix gave out awards for the SLOWEST WORKERS on the planet, THE ENTIRE DELI TEAM would be awarded first-place prizes. Almost every other day, I order a sub online- well before the lunch rush- and still it is never, ever ready when I arrive. I'm talking 20 to 30 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time- for a turkey and cheese half sub. What is the point of ordering ahead when you still have to wait around for 20-30 minutes for your order? Never once has my sub been waiting for me in the bin. Customers want their orders quickly, hence the "order ahead" option online... this is the only complaint I have about the store, but it's a big one since it's the only reason I shop there- the store is clean, well stocked, safe, with a friendly bakery team and check-out associates. DELI TEAM: get your act together.
