Never wasting my time here again. Ordered online way ahead of time and when I showed up, there was nobody in line for the subs and they were literally cleaning up. My tickets were sitting on the window and they blatantly ignored them. I asked the worker and he said he could maybe make it. I told him he’s absolutely making I already paid. Then he repeatedly messed up both my sandwiches and even had to remake one almost entirely. Cannot follow simple instructions. My order was 30 minutes late and the place was empty! Ridiculous.

At least half the time I try to buy a bogo it doesn't ring upside properly. Closest grocery store to me, but not worth the hassle anymore...

The worst Publix deli in the ATL metro .
extremely incompetent workers - do not preorder subs to this location nor expect workers to make them for you even if you tell them you order an hour in advance

Genuinely the worst Publix deli experience I've ever had. I ordered a sub and came in ten minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. It wasn't in the pickup area, so I got in the sub line to ask someone about it. When I saw one of the counter workers making online orders, I asked her about my sandwich and she snapped that I didn't need to be in line if I'd ordered online and told me to go wait by the pickup. I then waited for a half hour as she kikied with her coworkers, cut cheese, and did literally anything other than assemble the sub she had already started making when I got there, which happened to be mine. The bread just sat there on the counter with avocado spread on it for thirty minutes until she finally decided to get around to finishing it. When I finally got it, it was missing three of the toppings I asked for and the sauce. Won't be back here anytime soon.

I am here almost everyday, the staff is so nice and helpful and they seem to be in the middle of a much needed remodeling. Only issue is when you order a sub in advance, it won't be ready on time. The deli staff seems overwhelmed at meal times, it appears to be either a lack of staff or not enough space for more, hopefully this is helped by the remodel!

Jan 2025: two banks of self-checkouts were installed earlier this month, and several sections have been rearranged. Open cases have been replaced with glass-door cabinets, as in other renovated Publix stores.

Ordered a sandwich online and when I went to get the sandwich, the rude sandwich lady said, I had to wait after she made sandwiches for people standing in line who didn't order online. I shop at Publix every week and customer service is the main reason why. Someone dropped the ball hiring the rude sandwich lady.

This store drives me nuts. They’re always out of basic stuff like milk, eggs (that aren’t $10 doz.), sugar, etc. They say they’re trying to improve, but it’s been a few years since things started to go downhill.

Gotta be the worst Publix in Georgia. Bought a sub and guy went to use the phone and went back to preparing my sub. Cross contamination everywhere. They don’t change gloves. They don’t care at all. I got home and my sub smells like gasoline! Tossed it. Never coming back.

I had the misfortune of wanting a Publix sandwich from the deli at 7:30 pm. They don't close until 8:30, but they were already out of white bread and onions for my sandwich and various other items for another customer's sandwich. This after we waited for a significant amount of time (as you always have to do at Publix). No one was apologetic. Instead, the excuse was, "we close in an hour." So, a late evening customer doesn't deserve the same level of service as a customer who has time earlier in the day? It's not fair or professional to expect a customer to pay the same price as another customer but get a much lower level of customer service. If you can't maintain a certain standard until you close, then you should close earlier. It's disrespectful.

This is my go to Publix because it’s just across the street so it hurts to write this. Publix sweet tea is a staple for me but every time (about once a week) I’ve bought a gallon of sweet tea from this store in the last 6 months, it’s tasted sour/spoiled the day I open it. Almost like they’re not cleaning whatever they make it in prior to putting into the jugs.
I also stopped purchasing deli meat because the last time I got their pre bagged boars head turkey, it was green when I got home and tried to make a sandwich ): please get the deli in order if you see this!

Please figure out the deli! It is unnecessarily slow all the time and pre orders often missed entirely. No other Publix is like this ?
