Middle aged Caucasian woman opening 1/23/24 need some diversity retraining. Very rude and casually just shooed me from in front of the door waiting on the place to open while i smoked my vape. I’m also a public servant. I know you aren’t used to us having jobs. Do better.

Less than a ZERO!!! Less than one star!!!!!!I’ve been a resident of the East Lake Community for over 15 years, and I have been active in the community in many capacities.Since I live in the East Lake Community, I’ve made it my business to shop in community. I have ALWAYS had professional and courteous service from the Publix pharmacy until yesterday.Over a week ago, went to the Publix pharmacy to pick up medication. I was informed that they only had 15 of the 30 pills that I needed. The pharmacist told me that she would have the other 15 ready on Friday, December 29, 2023. I still had a few of the 15 pills, so I didn’t have to go back on December 29th. I waited until yesterday, Thursday, January 4, 2024 to pick up the other 15 pills.When I called yesterday, January 4, 2024, Antrail (Not sure of the correct spelling) answered and told me that the 15 pills that were promised to me were never filled. He said that I would have to wait an hour. He also told me that he had a long line, and if I would let him get off the phone, he would be able to fill prescriptions. I asked him to repeat himself, because I was sure that I didn’t hear the foolishness that came out of his mouth. Well, he repeated himself, and then told me that he wasn’t being smart. I told him that he was being smart, and I told him that I work in customer service and I would NEVER EVER say anything like that to an individual. I could also hear people in the background laughing while he was talking to me. It was unfruitful for me to continue the conversation, so I hung up.Needless to say, I did not receive my medication, and I was in dire need of my medication.A course on customer service would be very beneficial for this Antrail person (Not sure of the correct spelling) , amongst other things.East Lake is OUR community and we’ve put in a lot of work to make significant changes for the better. We don’t want to go back, so PLEASE do better training with your staff, particularly this Antrail person. (Not sure of the correct spelling)

I was very disappointed in the deli dept. I ordered online a sub and it gave me a time. I got there before my time and waited. My sub was not ready at the time the online system gave me. In fact it was minutes over the time. I don’t understand as to why have an online ordering system that gives out time your will be ready and it’s not ready. The lady that was doing the online orders need some help and some zeal about working for Publix. She had no sense of urgency of getting these orders out. At first she took her time walking around, and the sad thing about it. The manager on duty was back there and didn’t care. Didn’t get her no help and he didn’t even step in to help. Other folks came in and had to go through the same exact thing. Their order not being ready at the given time. People rely on this online order because they may be at lunch and want to pick up and go or may be on the run. Just do better and get that lady with the bad attitude some help with these orders. Or get someone who can put out the orders quicker.
