I wanted a sandwich this morning and there was no bread. My option was to buy a $3.39 roll made yesterday and they gave me a dollar off. Then they begged me for money at the register. I asked customer service about it and they admitted it was wrong but couldn’t do anything about it.

Clean. Stocked. Organized. What more could you ask for? Maybe a few self checkout lanes 🤷🏽♂️ It’s uncomfortable doing three orders of Instacart and the person behind you has to wait forever.

Yours truly always has a need to feed. Like everyone else we eat. Public always have a variety of goods. And quality food items, the vegetables are always fresh and replenished. No 10% vets, two get one free always works for yours truly.

I like this Publix. It’s not the closest Publix to me but I prefer to shop here. However my last visit I purchased a cake. The bakery lady was pretty rude, not the typically nice, helpful bakery lady. Very stand offish. Her tone was very snappy. I purchased a cake and decided against even asking her to write on it. But the cake was the DRIEST publix cake I have EVER had. I advocate hard for Publix cakes. Now when someone speaks against a cake from Publix I will have to say it depends which location you get it, rather then my usual “I’ve never had a bad cake from Publix “. Nobody liked the cake. It was as dry as cornbread.
I still like this location but would strongly advise you to get your CAKES made at another location.

Unfortunately, I must give this Publix a one star, not for the staff but for the "manager" in customer service. I assume she is new & her name is Nancy. She is a very unprofessional woman. I personally witnessed her berate one of the staff members in front of customers and it was disturbing. As a customer, I should not see that nor should it be done to a human being. Your staff are just as human and worthy of respect as the customers! Remember that!

Where to begin? Within the last year this place has gone downhill. There is a safety officer, but he stays inside, people are parked anywhere and everywhere illegally... Such a difficult place to get in and out of. There is usually a police car taking up one of the handicapped spots... Can't figure that one out. Good luck getting a sandwich.. can be the only person in line .. 5 people will tell you someone will be out with you shortly and walk right by you.. but eventually you just give up and grab something else.. and that's if the sandwich bar is still open . They usually start shutting down around 7p.. there are 3 other Publix close to this one . Just do yourself a favor and go to one of those .. would do the planet a favor if this one shut down.

What’s the point of preordering from the deli when it takes 45min each time waiting in line to tell them? It’s been the last 3 times and I’m done with the excuses of, “oh my bad I missed that ticket”. Waiting an extra 35min for a sandwich that’s an hour late makes it 1 hour and 35min late. Deli needs to have their numbers checked asap
