I love going to this Publix. The employees have always been so nice to interact with and seem to be just all-around good workers. I just moved to Atlanta so I can only personally speak for the past month-ish (but hey that seems like a decent amount of time), but I love going there when I need a pick-me-up or a nice start to my day. They always have a great selection of food and some of the freshest grocery store produce which I especially appreciate. The store is very clean and I'm impressed with the level of efficiency (& patient attitudes haha) the staff is able to maintain even when the store is super busy. Please be nice to your retail/customer service workers! You can really tell here they're doing the best they can :)

Stopped in to use the restroom. The women’s room could definitely use some upgrades. The soap dispenser was visibly broken but operating. The towel dispenser looked fine but wasn’t working properly. It needed to be cleaned too.

I love Publix and shop here religiously. I expect to shop with a pleasure and for the prices; I will. However, a few in the bunch can ruin it. The new store manager lied. I purchased my bday as I’ve done for the last 20 years or so that was inedible. Not sure if it was the icing but I after 1 bite, I couldn’t stand the taste. I called a spoke with the new store manager Dawada and offered to bring it back. He said it wasn’t necessary. When I took it back, he insisted I needed the credit card Id paid with. I told him store credit was fine. He told me I needed to go and get the card to be refunded which is a lie! He tried making up his own rules which I wasn’t going for.Today, ironically Princess who was behind the customer service desk has horrible customer service! She didn’t greet me and didn’t tell me my total. She expected me to look at the screen rather than her verbally say. When I questioned her, she literally said she didn’t speak. She needs to be a Kroger or Walmart as they may be a better fit for her character and disposition.And Shannon needs to stay out of customers’ conversations. Twice, she’s budded in conversations where no one was talking to her.

Online order for subs was supposed to be ready within 30 minutes. Arrived 10 minutes after pick up time & the subs still weren’t ready. Stood in the deli line for 15 minutes for service, just to be told no one had looked at the ticket, even though it was right in front of them. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to make the subs, while watching them completely destroy the bread. If I’m paying for a service, out of convenience, I expect it to be executed in a timely manner. It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead when you still have to stand in line while watching them assemble.

I go here all the time and have a fine experience but today I had a younger male cashier throw change at me rudely bc I didn’t want to donate to the charity lol.. I wanted to throw the change back at him so bad but decided I’ll see him again since this is my local Publix.. seek help sir honestly. I hope he sees this too. Management I hope you look back at the cameras from today ( around 5pm cashier #5 or 6 I don’t remember exactly which and address this bc it was totally uncalled for

I come to Publix daily and the evening staff in deli department especially the people that make the subs/hot food have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Can someone please tell me the time to come to get a sub in the evening. I get there after 9 PM and they are closed I get there before 9 PM they are closed. I’m so confused about the operating hours on top of the horrible customer service in the evenings.

If you say you close at 10:00 then you should actually close at 10:00. They closed the store early. It was a complete waste of my time. Plus, they had multiple costumers at the entrance trying to get out of Publix because the doors were locked and there was no one there to assist them! It’s irritating. I haven’t even been to this Publix in awhile because the employees at the deli are unprofessional and I’ve witnessed unsanitary behavior. I got chicken and had to put it back because the employee was literally yelling over the food and having inappropriate conversations in fronts of customers. I then decided to get a sub and the young lady dropped the knife on the floor, picked it up and proceeded to prepare my food with the SAME knife. Beyond disgusting. Unless it’s an emergency, I probably won’t be back to this location.

My interaction at checkout with Shannon was great! She was so nice and helpful. Kroger cashiers should take note of Publix employees.
