The grocery part of Publix is okay, Kroger is cheaper but the facilities are in Publix are cleaner and the people are nice. The reason I give it 2 starts is because their deli is terrible. It’s incredibly slow and the people who work there are subpar. Don’t bother ordering a pick up and expect it to be made on time, just order it in store because it won’t be ready. Turn off the “Order online” services because nothing is made on time, and I’ve TRIED several times to give them a chance. 50 minutes average for a sub to be ready IS NOT NORMAL.

This Publix is a relatively new one and was great when it opened. Do not waste your time with anything in the deli department. It's blatantly obvious the workers don't care and neither does the management. Ordered a sub online around 10:45 am. Did not get the sub in hand until 11:42. Asked them when arriving and after waiting 15 minutes what the deal was to only get a response of "they're working on it". Having to wait an hour for food ordered online is ridiculous. There is no point in ordering anything from the deli online rather than ordering it in person. You will actually get it faster if you order in person. Abhorrent customer service.
I have never had any issues with the Publix locations in Fayetteville or Morrow. Just go to the Publix off of Howell Mill instead of this one.

I had 2 horrid experiences here after being a faithful shopper for more than 2 years. I was in line with my child and this teenage cashier started talking under her breath about me asking for the price to be corrected. As I'm walking off, I can hear her laughing and talking about me. The manager comes over and I show her where the price is on the shelf and she asks me what price do I WANT it to be? and what do I WANT her to do about it. They didn't want to honor it at first and got mad when I showed them how it was wrong. I used to shop here 4 times a week or more. I will never return to this location.... Also, the entire parking lot ALWAYS smells like raw sewage.

I went and bought some food and a sub from this location. Worst publix food ever, not even trying to be mean. I love me a publix sub it reminds me of a New York sub. But the day I went here was a mistake. I was really hungry and wanted a publix sub. The line was a bit long so I decided to try the hot food instead, big mistake. First off the lady handling the food was rude. I excuse it because you not suppose to angry or anything with people fixing your food, that's what I was taught. But baby once I saw how rude she was I should have just left. My hungry behind stayed and tried to be nice and ignore her nasty attitude. I ask her if the food was good, she told me yes. Lies and more lies, food just as nasty as her attitude. I ask for wings and Mac and cheese and Collard Greens. After I ordered the food my greedy butt still went and order a half of sub. I figured have lunch and dinner taken care of. Went to car to and decided to try my sub. First off baby the lady didn't even cut my sub. I had to tear it apart, and second my sub had a weird taste. I was upset, I told myself just try the food instead. Lord that was no better, the Mac and cheese was nasty, the Collard Greens was unfavor. Salt couldn't help them can Greens. The lady pick mostly gave me flats, which I told her drums. She gave me one damn drum. I ended up giving my dog the sub and the food. I just took the lost and told myself never again.

Easy in and out. Nice, clean store. Well stocked. Products are easy to find. Parking is convenient.
