I visited this location often before work to pick up lunch. On April 6th I ordered the Boars Head Italian Whole on White Mountain Bread w/ Smoked Gouda Cheese. When I sat down for lunch and bit into the sandwich I noticed something in my mouth which was very hard to chew. I literally had to spit out what was in my mouth and found a piece of plastic wrapped around the cappy ham. I took a pic before placing the remainder of the sandwich in the trash. The next day I called the store and spoke with a lady in the deli explaining my experience. She advised me that they would replace the sandwich and took my name down. I advised her I wouldn't be able to come back until April 10th my next work day. On the 10th I went into the store and went directly to the deli manager I located standing near the meat counter. I explained to him the situation and he said he'd have to call the person that took my name to verify. He came back a few minutes later and ask what type of sub I had previously. I advised him it was the Boars Head Italian Whole on White Mountain w/Smoked Gouda Cheese. He went over and began making the sandwich. I must admit I didn't stand there watching him making it as I was stand near the deli meat counter. The deli was extremely crowded. As I saw him placing the sub in the bag I advised it was suppose to be on White Mountain Bread. He stated that he forgot. I told him to leave it that way because I didn't have time to wait for him to prepare another one. I think he deliberately gave me the hardest sub roll they had available. The bread was impossible to bite down on. Maybe this is the way they punish the customers for requesting a replacement. When he picked up that sub bun he knew it was extreme hard and crunchy but continued making the sub. You would think he would try to make sure that I was completely satisfied the 2nd time around. This location have to do better in that deli and hire some people with friendly attitudes. Most of the older ladies are a bit rude and snappy when you ask them a question.

The ladies at the deli counter make this location worthwhile. My sandwich is always good and well put together. They've never gotten my order wrong and the hot bar is always full and fresh! The flower counter is overpriced but the flowers are nice

Very clean and organized store. I didn't realize how close this store was compared to 2 other locations that always run out if items. I definitely will be back again

Complaint Against Store Manager Tiffany for Discriminatory BehaviorDear Publix Corporate Office,I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue that I have been experiencing at one of your stores, specifically regarding the behavior of the store manager, Tiffany.For quite some time now, I have been subjected to discriminatory treatment at the hands of Tiffany whenever I enter the store to purchase groceries. Instead of being greeted with the warmth and professionalism that one would expect from a store manager, I am met with hostility, rudeness, and an unmistakable sense of disdain.What troubles me even more is that Tiffany seems to go out of her way to follow me around the store during each visit, as if she suspects me of some wrongdoing simply because of who I am. This constant surveillance not only makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome but also suggests a blatant disregard for my privacy and dignity as a customer.Despite my attempts to engage with Tiffany in a polite and respectful manner, her behavior remains consistently hostile and nasty. It is disheartening to be treated in such a manner, especially in a place where I should feel safe and valued as a customer.Discrimination of any form has no place in our society, let alone within the walls of a reputable establishment like Publix. As a loyal customer who has patronized your stores for years, I am deeply disappointed and saddened by the treatment I have received from Tiffany.I urge you to take prompt and decisive action to address this matter. It is imperative that steps are taken to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, regardless of their race, gender, or any other characteristic.I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue thoroughly and provide me with assurances that appropriate measures will be taken to rectify the situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Love the customer service here but the deli is very slow & incompetent. They drag their feet & nothing they do make sense.

This deli is the slowest deli ever. They take all day for simple things like a sandwich.Even if you order ahead, somehow you’re still expected to wait 15+ minutes.POOR MANAGEMENT. SLOW STAFF. Avoid at all costs.

Prepared foods gives the Absolute worst Customer service. Particularly one Of the employees her name is Rachel on her name tag. Today I had an online order, she act as if I was bothering her. She was huffing and puffing, rolling as if I was a inconvenience for her.. The way that she talk to me in front of my kids was unreal and embarrassing. I am not a child, and I expect to be spoken to with respect not talk down to. I had to explain to my kids that her behavior was unacceptable and she doesn’t know any better even as an adult some of those adults haven’t been taught or trained properly. It is a shame that Publix would have someone with such Negativity representing them and serving the public with such nastiness. I’ve always thought as Publix being one of the better stores, but she definitely brought my expectations down.. I will try my luck at Brookhaven to avoid the embarrassment of her humiliated me in front of my kids again. My advice to anyone that wants to get a quick meal for your family is to avoid this location at Moores Mill and if you have to go definitely avoid Rachel .

Atmosphere was good the food was fresh. I was given a rain check two weeks ago for a buy one get one deal on some muffins. Once I present it, the manager was very upset and went to speak to the deli manager about it. Apparently Publix does not give out rain checks at that location
