I'm so tired of no riding carts I'm about to stop shopping there.its strange Aldi has only one and it's usually available and charged.ive called over and over about this.of no cart is available I can't shop I can't walk .there has been multiple problems at the camp Creek publix.such as out dated food,poor stocking,oh and if u order a sandwich,u better hope they're in a good mood.its just thrown together.i visited the cascade Rd Publix it was very professional.csrts available.the bakery people very nice and no long lines and they take the time to cut up a tomato on a sandwich.snd no problem finding things.so why can't u do better,?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP.
If you wanted be respected and management that address concerns regarding ride and disrespectful employees do not shop here! Deli workers intentionally work slow and walk off from customers to make line longer and have customers walk out. They lie and say they are out of bread when they are not. When you void your concern to management they do not address!! I

I order often from this Publix. I placed online orders. I set a time for them to be ready an hour before the time that I actually need the food to be picked up and steel. We get there a whole hour later and they still have not made the orders, they make the sandwiches and wraps sloppy pow on ingredients so when you pick it up to bite it, it falls apart because it is poorly made The Worker scramble around like they don’t know what’s going on looking for ingredients. They are always backed up on these orders no matter how many hours or days in advance. You placed the order when you come to pick it up. The order is never ready. I have spoke with several managers on several different occasions and still nothing has changed same poor service. I will not be patronizing this Publix anymore. The worst by far I rate this store a zero out of 10 will not the store overall but they’re Deli or their food department
