Pure Motion Yoga is a welcoming and friendly studio for everyone, from those brand new to yoga to seasoned practitioners. It is an amazing, authentic, inclusive, and safe place with a very accepting and calming atmosphere. The studio offers a wide range of classes, including yin, restorative, yoga nidra, myofascial release, and authentically vinyasa and fitness classes. These range from strengthening faster-paced flows to deep mindful relaxation, all taught in a respectful, thoughtful, and skillful way. The classes are holistic, focusing on mind, heart, and body, and are described as amazing and exceptionally good. The knowledgeable, encouraging, and welcoming teachers help students expand, grow, and elevate their practice. The space itself is inviting and peaceful, providing everything needed to fully sink into the practice. Pure Motion yoga offers a variety of classes and all levels are welcome for every class. The instructors are wonderful and guide you and assist you, if needed. I have been going to a couple of Ashley's class on a regular basis, and he is a really terrific instructor- a true natural!

Amazing community. Ashely and all the instructors so welcoming and dynamic. Great for beginners and experienced alike. Been going for several years now and been amazing to gain strength and flexibility in my 40s.
