Kim, Ms. Phyllis, and 1 other lady that I can’t remember her name helped me. This team was so sweet! I was 10 min late to my appointment and caught them as they were closing up for the day but they still took me. I have tiny rolling veins and they got everything they needed in 1 stick. Thank you again ladies, I’m so appreciative!

It’s a bit of a pain to park and get to this location so give yourself time. Otherwise the staff took me back the moment I arrived and were very efficient. Thanks Kim! I think I was there 5 minutes.

I had the pleasure of having Jada draw my blood, and I want to highlight my experience for several reasons.
First, when I arrived, another associate informed me that my doctor had failed to fax the order. I mentioned that I had a copy via email, but the associate insisted that forwarding it wasn’t an option. Jada, however, immediately focused on finding solutions. She suggested that while I tried to contact my doctor, I could also use an app to fax the order myself. As someone who values their time, I truly appreciated her courteous approach and willingness to work with me to resolve the issue.
Second, as someone with darker pigmented skin, I often encounter phlebotomists who rely on seeing veins rather than feeling for them, leaving me feeling like a pin cushion. Jada, however, was both gentle and precise, making the experience smooth and comfortable. I’d gladly return just to have her handle my blood draws again.

Extreme long wait times although the waiting room was empty. I arrived an hour before my appointment, watched the waiting room empty out and did not get call back.

I had an appointment for 8:30am, but I got there early around 8:10 Checked in at the kiosks and a message pops up saying that I needed to be back within 10 mins to finish my check in,so I went to the bathroom and was back in less than 5 mins, I come back to finish my check in and it says my appointment can’t be found. I’m thinking that means I have already been checked it so I take my seat. 8:30 rolls around and I don’t get called. I thought ok maybe they are just a little behind schedule that’s fine, it happens. , at 8:40am another nurse comes out and I tell her I have an appointment at 8:30 and haven’t been called and the nurse that I was assigned to comes out and says she called me, I’m confused because I had been back from the bathroom and waiting at least 15 mins. She called me while I was in the bathroom which was way too early and then says “oh I called you, you weren’t here and you have to check in again.” this Ridiculous is because she should have taken me back immediately after realizing her fault, I had to wait another 10 mins. I came to this location because I felt that it would be the best, but I see now I was wrong.

Made an appointment with Quest this morning for 10am same day. I checked in via text link when I arrived to the office (right at 10). There were 8 people waiting when I arrived and was worried I made a bad choice. I waited for about 12 minutes before I was called in. I walked straight to the room, confirmed my info, had blood drawn and gave my urine sample in record time. Per my ticket, I arrived at the parking garage at 9:51 and I was leaving the hospital exactly at 10:21. So, unfortunately, I did have to pay for parking, which was the most painful part of my visit.

This office canceled my appointment, closed for the day, and did not tell me until long after I had already arrived downtown and parked in the hospital garage. Luckily I was not forced to pay for parking.
Second attempt, I had to wait over a half hour just to be seen for a blood draw. Others with scheduled appointments had to wait over an hour. Why schedule appointments if you can't accommodate? Awful experience.

Kim and Phyllis made my experience great! Took me right at my appointment time! The Quest in Decatur needs HELP!!! They were so behind I had to reschedule at this location.

Let me start by saying blood draws are not my forte. Kim was not scared and took great care of me… even when I almost passed out. But Kim was so good I asked her to finish the labs. Barely felt a thing and got it done. Thank you, Kim!
Ps I arrived early and was called promptly at my appointment time. Everyone was really nice and working diligently

I booked an appointment to drop off a sample (that needs to be refrigerated). I waited over an hour and a half to hand a nurse a ziplock bag. They’ve done away with there receptionist so you check in on a kiosk and then watch as your appointment time passes and the disappears of the screen.

The process for check in needs improvement and live person would be even better. However with that said Ms. Phyliss was an angel and you can tell she really cares about customer service.

Worst experience for a quest.
My appointment was 9am
I arrived at 8:50am
The kiosk wouldn’t recognize my appointment.
There is no one at the front desk so I had to wait for someone to come to the lobby.
A nurse came out at 9. I got their attention and explained that there was an issue. They instructed me to try again but it wouldn’t recognize my appt because now it was past 9. They said they would come get me in a Moment.
An hour later (10am) and I still hadn’t been called the next time someone came out I told them I been sitting here. They were rude to me and said my appt was now for 10:10… I’m trying to explain to them that I been here waiting but the lady tried to say I was late and that’s why I have to wait and she didn’t want to hear that I was in fact on time.
I just accepted it cause what more could I do I already waited over an hour.
10:30 and still not called…..
This is a horrible because now I’m late to my other doctor appointment on the next floor.

Best Quest I’ve ever been to! Was put in less than 15 minutes. They had so many appointments available to accommodate me while on vacation. They had my order and were so quick and efficient.

The staff and nurses were very kind. As it says in the other comments you need to go with plenty of time, the hospital has a big parking lot and the time I went it was crowded. They only have a kiosks for your check in which is really easy if you bring your confirmation printed and ID. The wait time was about 20 min. They don’t validate parking but it costs $6. Is on the 17th floor.
