Bathroom had a very strong urine odor. I get that it’s a gas station but it was gross. Not easy to get out of this one because it’s on a really busy road

Purposely went out of the way to go to this QT only to find that it might as well have been a Shell station with a QT logo stamped onto the front. Unfriendly staff, dirty bathrooms, as well as rude customers and a severe bee problem.
My toddler went to use the restroom and cut his toe open on the corner of the door due to the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. I asked for a band aid and was told I had to buy them when I know that there is a first aid kit behind the counter.
On top of that, the comment cards had the store number blurred out. Honestly irritated and annoyed. This is not the standard of the brand.

Other stores have regular V-8 juice this one does not. My issue is that the employees don’t care. I had a small request. Would someone please ask if they could carry individual V-8 juice. One employee ignored me, the other said that there was a planagram. Add just the V-8 juice and make a small change to the planagram.

My significant other incorrectly got charged 5 dollars for a donut and at the counter and he paid with his Apple Watch. The counter person got an attitude about her own mistake and asked if he had the card on him. We said no and she was extremely annoyed she had to give us cash back? Not sure why that was extra work. Also thought it was a bit weird she said the accidental charge was because she thought he had grabbed 2 egg rolls. I suppose it’s just a coincidence that my husband is also Asian LOL. Anywho, the cashier had a trash attitude and aggressively put the money and change in his hand. QT should QUICKLY get nicer employees yikes

Seems like some of the staff are trying but this place is pretty dirty. Does not always feel safe. Feel like some more lighting and cleaner garbage cans would go a long way.

Today was my first time visiting this QT, they only have one restroom for ladies and one for the mens so you have to wait in line .
Then the young guy decided to wet the store while the store was full , and never place a caution sign.
That's disrespectful Fam !
Will I ever go back ? Maybe not to this location.

Every cashier is fast and friendly. Store is Allways clean, people don't know how to drive in their parking lot but I do love how fast their service is!!

Normally when I come in here the customer service is superb but today whomever the young Caucasian lady was at the register was pretty rude. I waited on the side of the counter as I was the only one at the counter at the time per I was attempting to get a product from behind the register. Normally when I grab something from there that’s where I stand to get it. I didn’t know i had to stand on line when there was no line. Any other business a customer at the counter is a customer ready to be served. I never get into arguments and I really held back from giving her a lesson or two but today I Just don’t have the patience especially with someone who doesn’t respect their job enough to have some respect. I live in the area but I’ll rather drive further then spend my money here again.
