Went in to return an item but I did not have my receipt which was understandable but the attitude during the process was ridiculous. I assumed she was talking to me but she rudely said “ i was talking to the manger “ no eye contact or anything . Soon as you walk in nobody speaks they just stare you down . It’s supposed to be a “ return policy “ that is being followed but it seems like they pick and choose if they want to assist or not . Reading the reviews I see the attitude is common for this store .

They have a very professional staff. Lisa the manager was extremely helpful and nice.. I found exactly what I was looking for.. 👏🏽👍🏽❣️

This review is for the person that is working the register today on May 10th at 1:30 PM. This is the 2nd time my mother has been to this store and you were rude and disrespectful to her. If you don't like working retail find another job! My mother is a frequent shopper at this location and never had a problem til now. Work on your customer service!

The reasons I give you'll a low score is the management team because they be talking about their coworkers behind their back. They also call the rainbow store in East point and talk to the employee and manager about the coworkers in the rainbow store 414 on Cleveland avenue by Kroger plaze. They be clock each other out or in and they are not at work or late for work. I think both store need new employees in both store who will be working ad not talking about people who work there. They are giving each other more hours. Also Miss Lisa she the manger at the one on Cleveland by Kroger. She the one who pick on her employee

I was attended by a woman who seemed to be the manager...she was rude and unengaged. Not once did she acknowledge that I was a customer, much less a human many years her senior. She carried on a conversation with a coworker throughout the exchange, pausing only for my signature and to take my money...of course. Some people skills!!!
