This place is a dump it smells like mildew inside and the air conditioning only works in the rooms not in the hallway and not in the lobby.I canceled reservation

I hate to do this and rate it so low but this place was quite terrible. There was even complete blackout and power outage for over 3 hours. Had to walk through the hallways and down the stairs in the dark with just a cell flashlight. Surprisingly the rooms are not in complete disarray but many parts of the building just might be. Seems like they make an effort for it to be clean but it's an old and worn out building. They should shut it down if they can't afford repairs. After a while, you just can't keep old things clean enough. Oh, and they also DO NOT offer free breakfast as mentioned. They also don't answer their phones most of the time. I guess they want to make money but not spend money. This place could be decent or nice if they repaired it but too bad some business owners are slumlord like. The shuttle also does not run 24/7 like some other hotels. It's unfortunate!
ALSO THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT AND STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED IT!

The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the airport and shuttles. The rooms are filthy, the beds are uncomfortable, and the air conditioning is broken. Would not recommend unless sleeping outdoors is the only other option.

I would not stay there again.
The hotel smells bad, the receptions AC isn't working, the hotel is dirty (even bugs crawling around)
Then there was the problem with the booking where the add indicate free shuttle from and to the airport, which is false, also in the booking was breakfast included, ut on arrival the reception informed me that there kitchen is out of order and no breakfast will be served... It's just a waste of money...
Definitely not worth it.

Horrible place, the health department should close this place, the hotel is third world, the new owners are very trifling and the front desk clerk I just met had a horrible personality

Booked the hotel for a turnaround trip to Atlanta. I would say it was a good price for the room. The room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. While their AC was not working in the lobby that had no effect on the AC in the rooms. The elevator door opens slowly. Front door staff was alert and attentive. And helpful when Uber wasn't able to find me a driver the the airport. Airport was about an 8 minute drive. There is no shuttle service which is advertised on Hotels.com

Nasty nasty hotel… had to stay because of a ridiculous delay. Smells like mildew throughout hotel and in the rooms. They’re no smoking but I’d rather smell stale smoke than whatever is going on here. A dead roach in the bathroom. Looks like a bullet hole and the tub had a ring worn. I wouldn’t stay if I had a choice.

Beware!!!! Parked for airport transit - My car was vandalized and windows busted out. right out front! With 3 cameras facing my car!! The clerk said the cameras worked but the manager had to release them. She couldn't tell me if or when he would be available, but it would not be that day. I live in Alabama, I couldn't wait for days to talk to the manager. The police said it happens there all the time and that the manager and clerks are never any help.

I got a parking spot for 1 week and their shuttle service was down !
I waited 1 hour with my 2 kids but no one showed up to pick up us.
they did not return my money !

They market shuttle rides to the airport but did not have shuttles to or from. They have a shuttle bus sitting in the parking lot, any employee w a DL could have honored this. Instead, I paid more for Uber than I did for the parking.

Left me stranded at the airport with no phone call, every line at this hotel is Not being answered and the operator line doesn’t work. No show on the shuttle. I paid for a service, I expect services rendered, you will be hearing from me and the BBB.

Smell like cigarettes. Everything is old doesn't look like anything in the pictures situated in a rough neighborhood. Night crawlers everywhere overpriced for no reason, keep away if they speak about refund in your card is the policy don't fall for it get your cash before walking out they will scam you be vigilant

I use Ramada inn for parking instead of parking at the airport. They reported had security and cameras in a lot. After returning to my car in a few days I found that it had been broken into. Luckily I didn't have anything of major value inside the vehicle. Don't park at this location it's in a bad area.
