Took my teenage son to ATL for the weekend and literally felt unsafe in this "hotel". Priceline had it at 3.5 stars but that had to be doctored.Let's start with the smell when you arrive. Reeks of weed in the foyer. Didn't have my name correct on the reservation. No restaurant/cafe/breakfast as the website states. Missing floor tiles in the elevator (the one that actually worked). We get to the room and every edge of every sheet of wallpaper is peeling up. Out of the 4 table lamps, only 2 worked. Weird chemical smell would waft through the room regularly, I guess through the vents? Sockets in the walls were literally hanging out with no cover plate. Lampshade had wire sticking out. Drawer for dresser had no handle.Went to get ice, tried 3 floors, all ice machine rooms were bolted shut. Hallway light fixtures were either hanging by a thread, or fully broken. Carpet was disgusting. Dust ruffle was hanging diagonal under mattress. When I sat on the bed, it taco-ed under me. The "fountain" outside the portico had tissues and cigarettes in it. The flag poles had a faded, raggedy flag.Literally... SPEND THE EXTRA $40/NIGHT TO BE ANYWHERE ELSE!

Not sure how this place is still open and why it's even bookable on priceline. Location is about the only plus to this place.Room had stains, peeling wallpaper, wasn't very clean, no hair dryer, no conditioner. One elevator is out of order, other one way past the inspection date. Shady people coming in and out and following you inside. They have to lock up the parking lot at night. Facility is supposed to be non-smoking but the room still REEKED of cigarettes. No maid came to clean our room the second day and we were gone all day. I normally don't leave bad reviews but this place is a mess.

The hotel is very old and the one elevator that worked breaks down occasionally however, the staff was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. I scored low in location because it is next door to Travelodge by Wyndam and it is a dump with lots of drama in the area.

Urgently needs renovation! Only one elevator works, the restaurant and gym are not available. The carpet appears to be dirty. Very low lighting. Despite all this, the reception staff were very attentive despite having nothing to do with this structural issue. Unfortunately!

Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. Exhausted after spending the day in the airport only to miss our connecting flight I wanted to at least sleep in a bed. Wish I just slept on the floor of the airport.

Hotel is ok for the price. I stayed 5 days first week. Then next week I stayed another 5 days. Finally the third week . I made a reservation for another 5 days but this time my surprise was the person in charge told me that he can’t honored the reservation . I was told that I need to cancel my reservation to get my refund . The reason that they give me it was that Manager in charge said that we left the room a mess. Of course because in the 5 days we stayed there they didn’t do a housekeeping service at all. Which is fine if you think in the price.I don’t know how owners can have a manager like this one. ??♂️. A lot of my Co worker are stayed there we are doing a big project for Microsoft . I will passed the experience to them to be alert. So disappointed I ended stay in la Quinta for $50 dollars difference they didn’t wand my Bussines some else will.Rooms: Carpet need maintenance smell bad, there some hole in the walls . Shower bathtub took for ever to drain the water.

Let's start with the good stuff:1. The location was ideal, 7 mins from the airport.2. Customer service was great.3. They have a fridge and a microwave.4. Price wasn't bad.The bad stuff now:Getting in the hotel from the lobby's look, you know it's gonna be different.First, getting in my room, with holes in the wall, blood stain on a sheet, old fashioned/broken lamps, and a carpet that's obviously needs a wash. All this would b ok if the name was Ramada Inn instead of Ramada Plaza.I am not going back there, but I definitely was to try other Ramada's in a different city, just to check if the quality and value were as poor as this one was.
