Wasn't fan of constantly being followed around like I was going to steal something. Limited selection, extremely cramped, next to no specials on their stock, and just felt unwelcomed overall. Plus, someone who I'm guessing is the manager was always posted up and looking like he was trying to intimidate the customers. I don't see myself coming back here. Also, the prices suck.

Not the best selection and prices are higher than average. They hardly speak to you when you enter their store and they do the typical routine of following you around as though you're going to steal something. I'll just stick with World of Beverages. They have a much bigger selection, cool staff, and regular drink specials.

Would give zero stars if I could. To make things clear, I was a consistent customer at one point and thought that they were a nice alternative to World of Beverages given how much closer they are to my home. However, the turning point came for me when one of THEIR employees mistakenly combined my order with another customer's. The cashier showed me my purchase which was a bottle of whiskey and placed it into a bag that was already there at the register. I arrived home only to discover that they included two bottles of eggnog. Given that it was the holidays I thought nothing of it. Well, apparently they didn't as they next time I visited they decided to charge me for the aforementioned bottles. I explained that the cashier was the one who made the mistake in that she only showed me my bottle of whiskey. The manager decided to step in, try and intimidate me and just charge me. They acknowledged their mistake, know that I was a regular and still made me feel unwelcomed. Even after I explained how it wasn't my fault. Needless to say, that was my last time going there and I am happy to say that World of Beverages has treated me so much better. World of Beverages has a more welcoming and spacious atmosphere, a bigger selection, and constant specials on their items. Hey Red Oak, if you want to retain customer loyalty then maybe you shouldn't make your customers pay for your employees mistakes. Hope it was worth losing a consistent customer over two bottles of eggnog.

Good selections, just ain't with the continuous stereotype of following all the black folks that walk in the store to keep asking do you need help, like bitxh I just walked in gimme a few mins to help myself the FUXK...smh

The prices are reasonable and it's extremely convenient because no matter how long or short the lines are the cashiers get you in and out quickly.
