Just had to add proof since they are trying to say I'm leaving false reviews and there is no record of me, like I said I paid them over $6k to fix the car and they didn't fix anything glued all parts back on. Let's see if she comments on this too. I also still have multiple pictures of the terrible service, just a warning, stay away

If I could zero stars I would VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The manager kasey is extremely rude and disrespectful , they had my car for 3 weeks in which I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up While I was out of town. I did express to them that I wouldn't be back until a week and I wind up returning 2 WEEKS later instead. When I arrived I was asked if I could come back a few hours later because my bumper still needed to be put on , So clearly my vehicle was never finished. The manager Kasey called me while I was in the office but he thought he had contacted his front desk assistant (Tia) he said "I'm watching and listening to the cameras, why do you still have that lady in my office asking you a thousand questions if it's not ready ! It's not ready! Get her out of my office" I was hysterical I said sir this isn't Tia but this is how you feel about a customer that's supporting your businesss , I have been nothing but respectful and patient with you during the entire process and this is how you feel about me , wow I am disgusted , just give me my vehicle I will pay you for what you have already repaired and I will go somewhere else for someone else to do the job that appreciates my business. He said he couldn't release the vehicle to me under the conditions it's in So I called the police and I was forced to pay him $3,800 or he had the right to keep my vehicle , so I just went ahead and paid to avoid any other issues . Once I drove off the premises I noticed my door panel was not attached and there was also a piece from my door missing ,I now have to pay another shop to repair it properly and fixed the damages they have caused in the mist of "fixing my vehicle".I then drop my car off to another body shop and they asked me where was my old bumper that they took off the vehicle I said they still have it , and he offered to communicate with them so he can go pick it up , he also stated there is thousands of dollars worth of sensors and other pieces they needed that was inside of my old bumper to complete the job if not I would have to reorder all of those materials which would increase the price tremendously. When he contacted them they were not willing to cooperate they also stated they had discarded all of my material , this has been the most frustrating situation ever I will definitely be taking them to court! To get everything I'm owed

Went in for a quote on how much it would cost to fix my bumper. Someone took pictures of my bumper and let me know they’d send me a quote by the end of the day. After around 5 business days of patiently waiting, i gave them a call, and they said sorry they’d been backed up and would send it asap. It’s now been over a week and I haven’t even received a quote, let alone brought my car in to be fixed. Also very odd because I was the only person in the entire shop that day and there wasn’t even anyone else around working on cars. Very confusing, but doesn’t seem like a business worth spending money on. Save some money and go to another body shop in the area that can take care of your car problems in a timely manner, I will not be doing business with this company.Edit: It’s incredible that the owners of this company can reply to my negative review within an hour of my post, but can’t provide basic services for potential customers, like a quote for a bumper replacement. Unfortunately for the person who responded to my review, a lack of service is something that can and will be mentioned in a review of a company. Incredibly poor customer service, just take a look at all of the defensive responses to all of negative reviews on this website. There are several companies that have given me a quote within 24 hours in the immediate area.

This place is by far the absolute worse autobody shop I've ever been to. 1st no communication.....well twice in a 40 day span. They returned the car with the signal light not working, new dings, scrapes and paint removals, tag removed and Alonso left behind, plate behind tag had to be brought to office, and hood was black when it came in for it to be returned without the black hood, with whom I'll assume to be a repair man to tell me "It looks better this way" He was rude and had horrible customer service. I was greeted one day with a woman in pajamas. These reviews are all lies and have been submitted by the company or from paid people to promote. RUN RUN RUN RUN. I don't recommend this place to fix your go cart. Please find a more professional and a more adequate company

Worst experience ever and will not return or recommended. My fiancé had his car repaired, which was “completed” on Friday but didn’t receive an official call, according to another employee that the call was forwarded to after no one answered at this location. Called Saturday and they weren’t open. Someone finally picked up the phone and the lady said they’d be open on Monday. She couldn’t specify a time because of the holiday and said she was give us a call… she just knew that they’d be open? Called all day Monday but no answer and clearly wasn’t open. Finally got to pick up the car on Tuesday and the car was wet on the inside?? Have no clue why the inside was wet when the repair was done on the outside. It’s wet and smells like mildew. Also, he had to extend his car rental multiple times.

As luck would have it I got into a car crash and I was simply devastated. I had just gotten my Range Rover less than a year ago. First thought that went through my mind was "This is it! My car is a goner!" [Super Dramatic]My insurance company gave me a list of locations that I could take my car to but told me that by law I had the right to choose any shop of my choice. I was simply overwhelmed, I'm not so savvy when it comes to car repairs or what I should be looking for. To my surprise a few of my friends had used Regal Auto Body and spoke very highly of them so I decided against the list provided by my insurance .Let me tell you that the whole experience was simply DELIGHTFUL! The receptionist was able to get me in right away and connected me with Casey that handles insurance claims. After that it was smooth sailing! He explained when my car would be ready and that they will send me text messages periodically to update me on my car status.I'm happy to say that my car was repaired perfectly and as an added bonus they also washed car.I highly recommend this place if you need any repairs done. So if you love your car as much as do, this is the spot for you!Services: Painting

This place does not deserve to be in business. Lost a half day of PTO and a night of a vacation rental due to being lied to about when my car would be ready. Was first told I’d receive a call at noon to confirm … no call received. Went to check at 3pm, was told to come back after close. At that point — at the latest — it should have been recommended to us to get a rental car (I had called and emailed on the preceding two days as well with only one callback after I said I’d come by the shop). Instead, we came at 5pm and the wrong car was brought around (btw we were told the workers had messed up the paint on it and it would have to be redone, good to know for whomever’s car that was). We were then told, after close and after every local rental place had likewise closed, that our car would not be ready after all reassurances. They did cover a rental from the airport but that definitely does not make up for the stress and lack of professionalism we dealt with. The repair was ultimately “okay,” but the molding piece is obviously used, not new, and the paint is slightly chipping at the edge of the door. Save your sanity, listen to the other reviews, and go elsewhere.Update: Also was promised an itemized receipt by the end of the day, have not received it.Services: Painting

Very disappointed in the customer service and how the repairs on my car were handled. Pros: quick estimate, easy drop off. Cons: poor communication; I was assured my car would be finished in time for a vacation the shop was aware of. Called multiple times in advance, giving shop plenty of time to let me know I needed to book a rental. When we finally showed up at 5pm on the day we were told our car would be finished (we were promised late afternoon, not after close), the wrong car was brought around, and all local rental places were closed. Ended up costing us quite a bit of stress, time, and money. Repair work looks rushed, the molding is clearly used, when I was quoted for new. Clear coat not dry; my fingernail sinks into the paint inside the door. Would recommend going elsewhere.

I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in need of a collision repair, or any type of service to their vehicle. I have a luxury vehicle and I am very peculiar on where I take my vehicle for repairs, however I was referred to this establishment and it was quality, professional, and efficient work. From the time I booked the appointment, I did not have to wait, they accommodated every need, and kept me updated with the repair process. They ensured they could handle the repairs and I am beyond pleased I used this shop!!! I plan on referring anyone who will listen to use this establishment because the work speaks for itself!!!! I am huge on customer service and they exceeded beyond my expectations!!! Please go ahead and book you will not be disappointed!Services: Painting

Do not use this shop. I'm not sure if people aren't commenting on this because they can never get a hold of them or if they just don't bother but I had a terrible experience here. I dropped my car off on Monday 3 days before the holiday. My insurance adjuster came twice and they said my car wasn't there. In addition they gave me no updates and they never pick up the actual phone. Highly unprofessional, go somewhere else even though the wait time is 2 - 3 weeks

Regal Auto did a great job repainting a portion of my car for me. And, when something went wrong on the first go round, they fixed it for me immediately. They have quick turn around and very reasonable prices. My car looks great, and the next time I have an issue this will be the first place I call.

I would love to be able to comment on their work, but apparently it's impossible to get an appointment. I tried calling during the day but no one picked up. I sent in photos for their "immediate quote" and a week later hadn't received anything. So I wrote a message through their contact form and a week later, still nothing. I'm not sure how they have any business if they never respond to people.Edited to add: crazy how they responded to a bad review within 2 hrs of it being posted just to tell me I shouldn't have posted but still didn't bother to find the pictures I sent or set up a time to come in. Best of luck to your business.
