Very good services and the people were very polite. Some of them speak English and others speak basic, short sentences. If you speak slowly, they can understand you. There are translators available if you need help with communication. You will love it!! This is my fourth time there. A great experience.

As a newcomer to the area, I've been on the hunt for a nearby nail salon. Initially, I overlooked Regal Nails due to some negative reviews. However, last night, in desperate need of a fill-in, I decided to give them a chance since they were conveniently close. Before entering, I made a pact with myself: if they provided exceptional service, they'd receive an outstanding review.Upon arrival, I inquired about their glow-in-the-dark powder, which they had in stock – a pleasant surprise. However, once seated, I noticed a shift in the woman's demeanor towards me. I mentioned that both my index finger nails were lifting, so I had reglued them. To my surprise, she expressed concern about potential infection and advised me to return in a few days. Perplexed, I sought clarification, but she refused to proceed with the service, citing safety concerns.Feeling bewildered, I asked if another technician could assist, but she declined. Disheartened, I left and discovered Allure Nail Bar, just six minutes away, where I received excellent service and a fantastic nail treatment. Needless to say, I will be singing their praises with a glowing review. As for Regal Nails, I will not be patronizing their establishment again, nor will I recommend them to others.
