This company doesn't deserve to be in business. They attempted to move my sons items from Knoxville to Connecticut. Months later after the expected arrival date, the only item that arrived was a TV with a broken stand. No effort was made to relocate the new queen bed and mattress I bought him or the other furniture. They 'offered' $100 for over a loss of $3,000+ in furniture. Numerous attempts to reach them were unsuccessful and they would no longer answer our calls. Don't waste your time or energy with this company, not to mention the likelihood of never seeing your items again. CHANGED FROM HALF $250 NOW AND $250 AFTER ITS DONE TO $700 BEFORE THEY EVEN SHOW UP. THEY CHANGE THEIR PRICES ON A WHIM AND THEY'RE EMAIL ACCOUNT ISNT EVEN VERIFIED. 100% CON ARTISTS

I used Region Relocations to move from Alabama back home to Texas. They gave us a cheap quote so it seemed like a good deal. It was not.They were several days late to pick up my belongings. They charged me almost $700 more because my belongings took more space in the moving truck than they thought (of course they only do this once they have already loaded everything so you basically have your hands tied behind your back). So by the time they added that on, they were as expensive as other moving companies.After a week, I had received no communication of where my things were at so I called and asked if they could give an estimate of when they would be delivered. The office staff were rude and unprofessional on the phone. They gave me an estimate of 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks, still no communication so I called again. They couldn’t give me an estimate this time. Basically said it would be there within the guaranteed delivery period. It was not. By the time they delivered my things, it had been two months and they gave only a few days notice on when they would deliver. Of course I was on vacation and my parents had to drive across Texas to let the movers in while I was away.They mistreated my furniture. There were scratches and dents everywhere. My TV WAS MISSING among several other boxes and items. I even had other people’s items show up at my place. 100% will never use these crooks again.

BEWARE!!!! Kevin Murphy will give you a great quote. He will say you are covered by great insurance. You are not! This company is a SCAM. READ THE BBB RATINGS. ALL of my furniture arrived with heavy damage. They refused to pay compensation. They then offered 100$ for thousands of dollars. I took them to court/arbitration and won. They are filthy swindlers. They are running a scam! Do not fall for their great coverage of 0.20 or 0.60 cents per pound. That is the minimum that they have to offer, but they don't tell you that you should get way better coverage. If they loose 3000lbs of your stuff which is a 1bedroom apartment, they would only be liable for $600. STAY AWAY. CROOKS. CRIMINIALS. DISHONEST. SWINDLERS.

Regions relocations is THE WORST company I’ve EVER dealt with. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They are completely unreliable, their customer service is AWFUL. Kevin their sales rep is complete liar. I was moving from Nashville and needed to be in Illinois for work. Move was supposed to happen on Thursday or Friday. Requested Thursday to be a top priority. No call. Then received a call that they would be there Friday between 6-9 pm AT NIGHT. When I asked to please come earlier or speak to a ln operations manager nobody would pick up the phone, and let me tell you CAROL their manager or whoever she is is absolutely useless. She then calls me back only to say well they’re coming Saturday between 2-4 pm. Which is unacceptable. I said I wanted to cancel everything and wanted my money back. NOTHING. Nobody answered me and nobody called me back. Called chase to remove it from my credit card and regions relocations has the audacity to say that it was MY FAULT that the move was cancelled and they did everything they were supposed to on their end. IM TELLING YOU, USE ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANY, move it yourself. Do not give these people your money.

Stay Away From Them !!
First they charge you extra at the time of pickup. They charged us 600 $ extra in the name of long carry on the day of pickup. Secondly they wont deliver you before atleast a month after the delivery date. Thirdly be ready many items will be missing or broken. So if you want to sleep on floor with no furniture in your new location for 40 days you may hire them !!

I like to give ZERO star for this company. Big time cheaters and frauds. They charge more and damage the goods while deliver. They have missed a 40lb bag of clothes and a standing fan for me.. Customer care never responds when you try to reach them. I never recommend this company for relocation. they took 24days to deliver goods. they charge me 400$ for long carry which they didn't mention initially. Don't try this company for any relocation. Atlanta people who are trying to relocate PLEASE BE AWARE they are frauds.
