The ladies at 260 Peachtree are amazing! They have made my experience the best ever. Any issues I have had regarding anything and I mean anything, they have resolved successfully. Their service has been emaculate. Mark, my sales representative has been amazing as well. He has been the best ever. My experience with Regus has been a great experience. I am not able to reach anyone in billing when it comes to incorrect charges etc. the ladies has helped resolve any concerns I have had. Service means everything to me and these ladies are top of tier!

Leasing my office space with Regus might be the best business decision that I’ve made as an entrepreneur building a business that will stand the test of time.Kayla & Kenya are always available to answer any questions or help with concerns any time I need their assistance.I would definitely recommend Regus. My experience here has been phenomenal.

As a growing business, its essential to have a strong team in place. The Regus team has been instrumental in maintaining a professional environment with clients, as well as, my internal team. Special Thanks to Kayla and Kenya for their support and postive attitudes. These young ladies are ROCK STARS, and I am grateful for their patience. Mark Billings was great in assisting me with efficient, but effective office space that matched my company growth. Brandon and Aushia were also a HUGE help, and always made my team feel supported! With this experience you get what you pay for ( literally ) not to many perks here the location well pull up at see for yourself before you make a choice some will like it some won't I'm 50/50 on it it's a ok company if you don't require much of a community or energy

BUYER BEWARE I signed up online for this virtual office and paid at the time.I also enrolled in auto pay. First month I received a bill for services that I didn’t sign up for and a late fee. I emailed to get this corrected with no response and I multiple times called only to speak to an answering service. I am continually being overcharged and still have not been able to speak with someone to resolve.I finally got an email response from someone that is clearly not local and stated that she can’t connect me to an rep that speaks English so we have to email. In the email she keeps telling me that the charges are valid and I can’t get out of the contract.This could have been a simple customer service fix. I guess I’m going to dispute the charges as fraudulent because at this point I don’t have any options. BE CAREFUL signing up for this.

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. I ended my contract in January 2023, but I’m still being billed every month. I’ve called and emailed several times. (The community manager never answers the phone or returns any voicemails). Their corporate offices direct you elsewhere without any assistance. If you need help troubleshooting, you will not receive help. You will be given the run-around. At Regus, they would rather send your account to collections before actually providing any assistance.Just run. Save yourself the hassle. Find a more suitable company that actually cares about your business.

Been trying to get ahold of someone at this office for over a month. Im paying for forwarding services but not getting my mail. Left dozens of messages unreturned both online and through voicemail. I will be switching from this service ASAP.

Good space and fair prices. Office “opens at 8:30” but they’re never on time. Anytime we rent an office space, we sit around until 8:45 or 9 while they arrive and get opened after their 8:30 start time.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR LOCATION TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!! First of all they don't tell you that you cant get out of a 2 year contract and they also don't answer the phone!! I had to contact my sales rep to get in touch with someone at this location and that took several days for a phone call. Then it took them 2 weeks after joining to send my welcome email with all the info i needed to get started and they refuse to let me out of my contract after such poor customer service.....THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION HAD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDES!!!! BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND LOCATION

This service (Regus) is terrible!!! I have been with them many, many years and they have not improved when it comes to past complaints, service and representing my company at this location. The only reason I have not gone a long time ago is my business ties. I only use this address for downtown Atlanta. However, if I can find a replacement in the Atlanta area I will fire then ASAP!When I contact the manager I get a recording and no call back when I express concerns or there are issues. Instead, a employee calls back but I feel they are just a front. There have been several issues for months. The manager appears to not be concerned about me or matters so important. They have admitted employee turnover is high and I have noticed responsibility is lacking.In the last couple of years my mail has been lost, missing, stolen or never sent. They have lost important mail over and over again. Some of the mail lost, stolen or missing were checks, ID badges and important documents. In the last few weeks a check was lost or stolen at that office and when I complained they told me to contact the check sender and see if it was cashed! This leads me to believe there are thefts at that location. They still have not found my ID badge for 2020 either.I don't recommend this company for many reasons. These issues I am discussing are just a few. I am warning the possible new clients this service gets a F!!!
