Having neck problems and purchased a temperpedic pillow. It made all the difference. They even let me test one out to make sure. It works!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful! Had back issues at work due to sitting in an office chair all day. I came in was able to try all sorts of chairs and cushions, and I’m very pleased with my decision. Joel was very informative. I definitely recommend!

I had such a great experience at this store today. I just went in for a small gift and got that plus so much information about the massage chairs, zero gravity chairs and mattresses. Joel, who helped me, was so engaging and helpful and I’m looking forward to going back for a mattress in the near future. Highly recommend this store if you’re in the market for anything that adds comfort to your life.

Our family has been shopping at this store for many years and we have always had excellent service!Joel helped me choose a replacement for my Relax the Back side sleeper pillow. This is the third of these pillows I’ve purchased at this shop and once again the service was excellent and the Black Friday discount was a nice surprise!! Thank you Joel!!

I am so excited to try my new Malouf sheets! I already have them in gray and they get softer each wash, don't fade, and keep me cool at night. Thanks, Joel, for introducing me to these! I will say the shopping center is a bit confusing during the construction, but when you enter the shopping center, park in the main area and the Relax the Back store will be on the left (if looking directly at the shopping center from Piedmont).

My husband decided to treat himself to an office chair upgrade; he spoke with Joel, who suggested a chair with the features he wanted at a more reasonable cost (per my request).He was always helpful, but never pushy. It felt like he was genuinely invested!After mentioning some back challenges I’d had to him (using an IKEA desk chair for about 5 years) — he was very consultative, asked about my habits/routines, etc. — and shared his input. Everything was delivered sooner than expected, he called to assist with virtual assembly and followed up after the fact!(Joel came recommended, but didn’t expect a personal delivery, as we’re across the country!)I now not only have an excellent chair & better desk setup, but everything just has an overall better alignment. 5 stars from this family!
