(Honestly embarrassed if people I know see me leave a one star review, but it is what it is). Have come twice without being acknowledged by anyone. This is a standalone store not connected to a mall (which might attract foot traffic looking to kill time)….so we clearly came here to buy furniture? I simply cannot spend my money on a place that lacks any motivation to make a sale and treats potential clients like a waste of time (although I will say the guy working valet was hustling—he should be promoted to furniture sales)….oh well. On to the next place!

We shopped at RH for the first time and was fortunate to work with Atanasia. She was able to figure out our tastes right away and helped us find exactly what we needed. Not only did she help us with our purchase, she took the time to give us a few design tips on the layout of other rooms. Furnishing a new house is very stressful, but she made it an enjoyable experience. We will definitely shop with her in the future, and we highly recommend Atanasia if you are shopping in Atlanta.

We tried working with a few people at Restoration Hardware and landed with Atanasia. She was unbelievably amazing, knew every product, knew exactly what we needed, and then put together a design that surpassed our expectations. We finally got the final pieces of furniture today and the room looks spectacular.

Have been a customer here for years - they always take care of us and treat us professionally and with the utmost courtesy. We have been working for almost 8 years with Atanasia and she is the BEST! She has great taste, listens to her clients, always makes herself available, and thinks outside the box to help us come up with great solutions for our needs. Highly recommend her and RH!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience, specifically with Atanasia. I've purchased several items from various people over the years at this RH, everyone has always been great, but Atanasia went above and beyond. I mentioned to her that a table I bought a year ago had some minor staining. Within 2 days, she had a repair tech out to my house to remedy the issue. When the tech was unsuccessful, she had a new table ordered for me the same day. This is the definition of customer service and I'm so happy I stumbled upon her during my visit to RH.

Wanted to call out Annat Maurya for his design consultation expertise. What I liked was that there was no "rush." He did a virtual consultation and walk through, collected floor plans and visuals, and then called us in for an in-person consultation on the lighting choices. As it turns out, the choices were excellent! Really added a lot of character to the home. RH does have excellent lighting selections and we are happy that we came to the right place.

If you ever find yourself in RH Atlanta GA and are in need of assistance, I cannot recommend Alla Pahomova enough. She sets an exceptional example of how customer support should operate. Alla is not only highly professional and communicative, but also genuinely pleasant to interact with. She's the kind of person who goes above and beyond to assist and resolve any issues you may encounter. During our search for furniture, we met numerous helpful employees, but Alla stood out as the one who truly had our backs and was consistently on our side. She is always ready to address questions and concerns efficiently, even providing her contact details for assistance. Alla's dedication to customer service is truly commendable!

My husband and I love the variety and quality that RH offers. Majority of our house indoor and outdoor is furnished with RH furniture. We have worked with Atanasia for all of our projects at RH and her communication and customer service is unmatched! My wife and I had the pleasure of recently meeting and working with Tisha Coleman in the Atlanta Restoration Hardware Showroom to work through the selection process for a number of new furniture pieces. As always this can become a complex undertaking as you deal with the myriad of options and their performance characteristics. Tisha was wonderful to work with. My husband and I recently bought a house and needed furniture to furnish multiple bedrooms, bathrooms vanity and fixtures etc. We were put in contact with personal consultant Annat Maurya at RH Gallery at Buckhead.We can not say enough good things about Annat's professionalism, his knowledge about the RH products and great eye for design. My experiences with both Annat & Kang at RH Atlanta has been superb. They are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Their recommendations with my most recent purchase was spot on…from the color/shade of the wood to even how a specific piece would aesthetically fit into my space. They always go above and beyond to take care of me. I know I can reach out to them and they will not only respond promptly, but also address any needs that I have (like they did with a recent cancellation).
