I arrived 10 minutes before my vaccine appointment and had to wait 1.5 hour before my shots — and that’s with two proactive promptings. Terrible service.

My pharmacy experience here is awful. I have a secondary insurance and the pharmacist told me it wasn’t registered and to step to the back of the line instead of giving me a second to pull it up. I was on a time crunch so ended up having to pay out of pocket and submit for reimbursement. Then today I was in there and Jessica told me I didn’t have anything ready so I asked questions and got attitude which turned into an argument and her telling me I was rude. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism. I spoke with her manager who said she would handle it but Jessica lied to her face about saying I was rude and to her manager said she wasn’t going to deal with it and ruin her day. I’m sorry, I need medicine so I need to understand why it isn’t being filled after a week. As pharmacist that’s their job to help us understand so we can fix it or help resolve the issue. The manager stepped aside and helped- it was being sent to my old doctor. How hard was that?! Customer service is a joke. If I talked to a customer or my boss like that I’d be fired.

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE and rude. She gestured to me that she would come around and talk to me then walked outside of the pharmacy, looked directly at me and would not talk to me. She proceeded to ignore me and walked out of the store

No wonder the reviews are so low. It’s probably because the Somali pharmacist who calls people drug addicts and junkies. Makes up her own stories and yells at people wives for no reason. I hope no one has to deal with that woman and Walgreens does something

One star is too good for the pharmacy. Find a new pharmacy. If you depend on medication, this place will kill you.
I do not even know why this place is even open.
They constantly lie. Poor Customer Service.
They Say they don’t have the inventory. Wow.
Call a different Walgreens to find out the truth.
My favorite one is you will get a text message when your prescription is ready. Lol.
I have now switched all my prescriptions over to CVS. Thanks Walgreens for nothing

This pharmacy should be shut down. It took over a week and many calls for me to get my medication. No one on staff including the pharmacist knows what they are doing. This business is genuinely putting people's health at risk. The publix pharmacy next door is much better.

Chris was super helpful getting me passport photos. He spent a lot of time and was very nice about it. Would highly recommend this Walgreens because of him!

Sienna is an angel. So helpful and kind. She helped me receive my digital passport photo when the machine was being problematic. I would recommend going to this location during the day. The Night Shift is not good. They were all on their phone while serving customers, not very helpful and seemed like they hated their jobs.

This Walgreens has the most incompetent pharmacy department I’ve ever witnessed in my life. The head pharmacist is extremely rude and looking at all these reviews, I should have known to stay away from here. I’ve had my prescriptions here for years but can’t transfer them away quick enough!
