Regarding ordering online, the system is a little archaic but effective. My order came faster than an Amazon order made the same day and was beautifully packaged. Their printed catalogue and physical store offer more variety, check those out if there is something you need specifically. I will be a return customer when looking for gifts for my friends.

I placed an online order totaling $65.50 for a couple of books and some oils on July 2, 2023. I didn't receive an email confirmation but I did screenshot the Order # produced by their website. Being that the order was placed on a Sunday with July 4th coming up, I figured it would take a few extra days to receive a confirmation and shipping/tracking details. July 11, 2023 rolls around and I have no email and no voice message from the company regarding anything about my order. I called the number listed for them and a gentleman answers who can't help with online orders. I give my name and number and request a callback. Several minutes later, a rather gruff older man calls me back and identifies himself as Rondo (NOTE: that is the family's last name). I explained that I was checking on the status of my order as I had not heard anything. It took him a while to find my order. Apparently the Order No. generated by the website "doesn't help find the order" He finally found my order and told me he had called and messaged me with no answer. Both books that I ordered were out of stock. Now, I am dumbfounded at this point. I had been checking my phone and email for ANY signs of life..... with NO response. Zilch. Nada. Blink Twice? I don't know what number he called but it wasn't MY number. Irritated at this point, we decided to do a partial refund for the out-of-stock books (NO indication of this on the website.... At ALL!) and the rest of my order would be shipped. I called PayPal to file for the refund. No problem. Speed up to the 14th of July and.... You guessed it! NO product! No tracking number! I have AIR, but NO refund and NO product! I called Rondo and was told that they had JUST RECEIVED (ummm-hmmmm) some more books in and they could fill my order. Yeah.... That's going to be a HELL NO! I called PayPal and was told that all the vendor had to do was initiate the return through the PayPal system. I called Rondo and, once again, requested a full refund. He tried to get me to change my mind and just accept the order without the books (like... Wasn't this the FIRST revised order?!). He finally agreed to a full refund; he would put it in through PayPal. Welp, speed skate to July 15th and a phone call to Paypal. I hope his candles, rituals and What-nots work faster than he does because I could have cured and written everything I ordered faster than this!
