My recliner broke after three years due to quality issues with the spring and clip parts. I complained, and Rooms to Go did nothing to help me. I complained on social media, and they literally blocked me from their pages to "shut me up." I will continue to complain about my terrible experience. this is clearly a manufacturing defect and Rooms to Go wants to hide it. They refuse to take ownership of their product. They sell you on five year payment plan when their products break after three years and claim there's nothing they can do. After spending over 7k total at this store, I will never buy again.

PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! 11/27/23 Ordered furniture/RTG Perimeter Store. 2 Invoices. (Store Mgr: Rajan) 12/18/23 Furniture delivered DAMAGED. 12/19/23 Called RTG Perimeter Store re: refund. Advised needed to wait until merch was returned to warehouse and checked-in through system. 12/20/23 Sabrina called from RTG Perimeter to confirmed I could now start the return process AT ANY RTG. Went to RTG Buckhead Store to get refund. Swiped card, refund processed for Invoice 1 only. Rcvd hard copy and emailed receipt. However, someone didn't realize there were 2 invoices that needed to be "unlocked" for processing the refund. Was told invoice 2 refund would be processed and completed the next day. 12/21/23 Rcvd refund for order invoice #1 only. Called RTG Perimeter to check on refund of invoice 2. Was told it was processed. No card swipe needed. Went to RTG Perimeter to get hard copy of receipt. Rasheena printed hard copy but was unable to email receipt. She confirmed no card swipe was needed. 12/22/23 Still no refund to acct. Called RTG Perimeter for status of refund. Brian confirmed returned refund processed and stated he would email the receipt. I told Brian that Rasheena was unable to email a receipt. Brian ran his spill about the "firewall" blah blah blah. While on the phone he confirmed he emailed the receipt. NO EMAILED RECEIPTWAS RCVD. 12/23/23 STILL NO REFUND. Will visit store AGAIN today for refund.

I went into this location and was immediately contacted by Patrick. He helped the exploration of the store as well as the purchase go smoothly and even helped with a small problem (which also was resolved smoothly). The customer service and personal care of Patrick is the number one reason I will be back for any future furniture needs!

I went to Rooms To Go to shop for a kitchen rug for my new home, and Brenda Baranda is a true professional. I informed her of my color scheme, and I also showed her the new table I’m purchasing for my kitchen. She showed me the perfect rug to match my new table.I appreciate her expertise, patience, and her professionalism.Thanks Brenda and keep doing a remarkable job.

Great place for an inexpensive sofa and ability to sit and test out is so important. Brenda did a great job taking care of us. Can’t wait to Mad Men my formal living room with this beauty!

This was my first time in this store and I was surprised by their choices. They had a good selection of beds, but not what I was exactly looking for. When the salesperson, Oakley, saw me searching he offered his help. I explained what we needed and he showed me exactly what I was looking for. I have been looking for this particular bed for months now and found exactly what I wanted with his help. I am so grateful!When the delivery time was sooner than expected, Oakley called us to inform us so that we could plan accordingly. We loved the service we received! I’d definitely come back!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely shop there again. I forgot my salesperson name. He was an African American man with a bald head. He was awesome!

My family just moved to Georgia and were looking for a good living room suite and a mattress for my mother. We had an awesome sales associate, Schlaun Marina, who helped us to find everything that we needed. She was so nice, knowledgeable and took all of our concerns into consideration when it came to showing us different suites and options for a mattress and frame. Now we are so happy that we found everything. Differently would recommend Rooms To Go to someone else!!

My experience at the Rooms To Go-Perimeter was Excellent! My Sales Associate was Kendra Williams and she was Amazing!! I walked in and described what I was looking for and she immediately went over several options; I was all set to pick out a cloth Sofa set, but after she showed me a beautiful leather option, I decided to go with it. I was nervous about it because I’ve never owned a leather sofa, but she described in detail how easy it is to care for it and various other reasons on why it was a better option. I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes. Thank you Kendra for making the process easy and simple. And did I mention that it’s a beautiful store!

We had a great experience getting some furniture here. Alison was amazing and helped us find exactly what we wanted for our basement. She is very friendly and knowledgable about practically everything in the store. Ask her any question and she will gladly answer without judgement and with honesty. We were pretty clueless about modern recliners and she answered every question we had about the mechanisms and maintenance for any piece of powered or manual reclining furniture. I will definitely return to shop here if I ever need something.

When we entered the store Mr Steve Smith greeted my husband and I with a smile. He immediately asked what brings us to Rooms To Go? We told him we wanted to purchase 2 bedroom sets, living room and dining room set. He told us about the specials in the store and allowed us time to browse around the store before making a final decision. Our service today was awesome. Mr Smith was very knowledgeable about the items we selected and explained the breakdown of the charges before submitting payment. We left the store feeling extremely satisfied with our service. If you’re looking to buy furniture anytime soon, please ask for Mr Steve Smith and he will definitely take care of you.

I worked with Oakley and Harry. I have one word to describe my experience and itis" AMAZING" ! Rock Star service and stellar customer service from Oakley and Harry. Both were tenative and worked with me to obtain my desired outcome.I will definitely return to the Perimeter store in the future. It was my first time visiting this location. I was welcomed immediately by Alison. She was very friendly and helpful. Not too pushy. I felt like I was shopping with one of my girlfriends instead of a salesperson. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and at a price I was comfortable with. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Alison if you need new furniture!

This past May my husband and I went all over Dunwoody looking for a drawer chest for our 10 year old daughter and couldn’t find anything until we got to Rooms To Go Perimeter. The sales person by the name of Ms. Renee helped us find the perfect 4 drawer chest. Ms. Renee knew exactly what we wanted, was so patient, rational, logical and also funny! She was amazing. When the chest arrived, my daughter fell in love with it instantly and it is the most beautiful furniture in her bedroom. She is having so much fun with it! Thank you Ms. Renee for everything.
