I purchased items on 11/27/23 delivered to my address on 12/1 without complete parts for assembly. I immediately called the location that I purchased from only to be informed that bar stools are from a third party vendor and that they will contact me. I finally received four days later an email regarding the missing parts on 12/6 asking for the name and/or letter of the parts that were missing in the delivery. I replied the same day the part letter is 'H". I then have made several attempts to gain status of missing items/parts being shipped and when I will receive six more days later I receive an email that missing parts have shipped. On yesterday 12/13 I arrived home to have a vendor package at my doorstep and there was no letter "H" ONLY tools for assembly. I immediately sent another email informing yet again I do not have the missing parts to bar. stools that I have paid for, I also called the same day on 12/13 and spoke to the manager Jennifer at the Buckhead Ga. location assuring me she would make a call first thing in the morning and call me with the department on said call. Today 12/14 I received no call from Jennifer in the AM, So I called the Buckhead location @11:30 Jennifer appeared to answer the phone however I immediately got disconnected when I spoke and asked for "the manager Jennifer in which she replied "speaking" I called directly back to get a gentleman John that I had to explain my entire ordeal over again. I have requested three times for a refund at this juncture as Im completely and utterly disgusted with these services as it pertains to my purchase that I have paid for but are unable to utilize. There appears to be no sense of urgency for a resolution as I was shipped now twice with no parts for the purchased bar stools. I want a full refund immediately and for the bar stools to be removed from my address as they are not useful when I do not have the parts to complete the assembly. This is my 3rd request as I was told the refund process would take place and yet again I would receive a call. I will further reach out to the corporate office tomorrow and/or BBB with my complaints.

Recently visited Rooms to Go In Buckhead to find a small sectional for my apartment. We spoke to Deja, and she was really nice. She was able to help me find a sectional in my budget, and I was able to find a dining room set without going over my budget. Delivery and assembly also went incredibly smooth. Overall, I'd recommend this store. Especially if you need furniture on a semi-tight budget.

I was very disappointed in the level of service for my delivery and how the service was handled. I was scheduled for a time of 8-12 and the delivery driver did not come at all. After waiting all day. I was then rescheduled again from 8-12 and they did not show until almost 3pm. The manager (Jennifer )ask me to follow up after it was delivered so we can agree on compensation only to tell me she’s only crediting the delivery fee back. I wasted 2 days waiting on furniture. Nothing was offered such as a 20% off or anything. When I suggested something of such she told me unfortunately she could not do that. I spoke with 3 different reps prior to getting my items delivered telling me it was in transit. I was inconvenienced and received the run around for 2 days. I think it was very inconsiderate to not understand the importance of customer service. The manager had me following up not her or anyone following up with me. Where is the customer service of making sure everything goes smoothly with delivery or to your satisfaction. This is not the first time the ball has been dropped with rooms to go, but I wanted to give them the opportunity to correct themselves. Even until today a call has not been made.

Bought my first bedroom set here! Great service was in and out cause I knew what I wanted! What I love is they will deliver and set up!! I do have to wait a good month to receive but that could be so they can put together!

Todd was amazing. Let me and my fiancé walk around the store without hassling us, while double checking to see if we were okay. Check out was super fast and quick. Love the couch!!

Devin was Awesome!! He didn’t stalk me around the store, whenever I had questions he was available to me. He even made recommendations about the chair I added to my package suggested a rug to compliment the color of the chair. Devin was very kind & helpful plus explain the protection plan in detail where I could understand (which I bought). I will definitely be back to see him to make my purchase of a kitchen table.Thanks Devin your a Great Salesman!Rooms To Go of Buckhead you have a Great Asset treat him right!

My husband and I went to this store looking for a new couch and gladly we’ve found Devin. He was so professional, nice and patient. He kindly showed us the best options that matched what we were thinking about, so we didn’t waist any time. We finally found our new couch and we’re SO happy! He also explained everything about insurance coverage, payment and answered our questions. Thanks Devin for the amazing customer service!!

Devin Campbell was our sales person and he was great to work with. We told him what we were looking for and he took us to his first choice based on what we described and after looking at everything we came back to his first recommendation and made the purchase. The purchase process was very easy with lots of options. We are expecting delivery next week

My Rooms to Go experience has been horrible to say the least. We had a delivery on 8/15/23 for a multi thousand dollar bed set that included delivery and installation. On 8/15/23 when the bed was delivered one member of the delivery team (an outsourced team that is NOT employed by Rooms To Go) informed us that they weren't provided screws to install the bed and that WE need to call Rooms To Go to inform THEM that we were missing screws. Upon calling them they informed us that they would have them sent to us overnight and once we received them WE needed to contact THEM to confirm its delivery and they would THEN schedule someone to come back out. On 8/16/23 (the next day) we still had not received our screws and according to its tracking, only the label had been created. We called back and talked to a young lady who told us to just keep watching the tracking. At this point we haven't been able to sleep in the bed we paid for bc of this inconvenience. We asked to speak with a manager. We spoke with a manager named CARLOS. Carlos IMMEDIATELY got on the phone being incredibly rude and the complete opposite of what ANY customer service representative should be. He told us that we could still sleep on the bed (WITHOUT the screws) and we told him we could NOT. He then says that we should just go to a hardware store and ask them, even though WE PAID FOR THIS SERVICE. We told him that we weren't paying for that. He told us that the screws were on the way. When we asked if he knew the location of the screws he said " I don't know. I dont work for USPS." We then asked if we could speak with someone else (his customer service was less than deplorable). He said No AND HUNG UP ON US! We called back and spoke with someone else. She was able to give us a $100 credit bc of the inconvenience and told us the screws should be delivered on 8/17/2023. They were delivered on 8/17/23. We called to let them know that they had been delivered and they said they would send someone out (again) on 8/22/23 (5 days later). On 8/18/23 they called to notify us that our scheduled delivery was on 8/22/23 between 9 AM - 1PM. On 8/22/23 after taking off of work and staying home all day, NO ONE EVER CAME. We called to see what the status was. We were told that bc Rooms To Go outsources their delivery team, there were some "login issues" and that our stop was NOT printed on the manifest, so we needed to reschedule yet AGAIN. This is now day 7 of us not being able to sleep in a bed that we paid for to be delivered AND installed. We were notified that we were being rescheduled for Friday 8/25/23. Well on 8/25/23 NO ONE CAME YET AGAIN. When we called inquiring why, we were told that there had been a not made but NO ONE EVER SCHEDULDED THE DELIVERY. This is now 13 days of us NOT BEING ABLE TO SLEEP IN A BED WE PAID FOR TO BE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED. We've spoken with so many people yet NOTHING about this situation has been rectified.

Worked with Tony Nammari and had a fantastic experience. He was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable. He has amazing taste and recommendations. I bought furniture for 2 adjoining rooms and he helped blend everything together flawlessly He also knows how to balance “being there for you” with giving you space to talk and share opinions with your s/o. 10/10 would recommend and I will be working with him again when it comes time to furnish the rest of the house.
