The security Working at this Ross on 9/22 in the evening was completely rude. While I was checking out at the register, I had a nice conversation with the cashier and continued to walk out. I did not hear him ask to check my receipt and bag until the 2nd time he said it, of course allowed him to check. As he is looking at my receipt and bag, he continues by yelling at me that I must be deaf because I did not hear him!!! WHAT!? What kind of rude person proceeds to say that as I am speaking to him clearly?! it’s ridiculous how people act, kindness is easy and free. Please try it! I just wanted to share this review because Ross needs to train better, there are deaf people out there shopping every day and if they encountered him it would have been a horrible experience.

It’s Saturday and the line is super long and it’s one cashier in the whole store. It’s no other associates on the floor except the fitting room. I asked the fitting room lady to call the manager to send somebody else to help. The fitting room lady called the manager and the manager lied and said she was sending somebody to the front. When I asked the cashier can she call for back up. She said nobody else was coming in till 5pm which is 2 hours later. So manager lied about sending someone to the front because she let me know she was the manager. I don’t know if they short staffed or they just don’t know how to schedule properly as a business. Either way this is ridiculous!

I was checking out, and once the cashier was done, I proceeded to put my wallet and receipt in my purse when an LP asked to see my receipt. I was very much confused because he was standing directly in front of the register the entire time, but I gave him the receipt and he asked to look in my bag as well. I'm not quite sure if this is a new store policy/protocol or what, but I was so irritated. I can't even recall seeing him do the same to others. I've shopped at this location several times for years and have never experienced this type of shenanigans before.😤🤬🤬

I just left the store. I wanted to purchase some sneakers, but due to the most unprofessional, rudest cashier I decided not to. I know it is a shortest of quality employees these days, but you better off closing down the business and going strictly online. The person was a black woman with glasses braided up hair. It's not even 10am. Why even show up for work at all! I can spend money plenty other places before I spend a dime at this location. Pathetic!

I was told I couldn’t receive a bag because it was only 2 large bags left. I purchased 2 LARGE PILLOWS and an oversized thrown blanket and a plant. Very unprofessional. I was told those bags are being saved for customers with larger items.
