This was my FIRST time in after hearing so much about these shoes from friends and of course Instagram lol The sales associates were super helpful, especially Erika. Erika was so patient and went above and beyond to let me try every style in store and recommend what I should go with for my first pair. Truthfully I left with 3, but I have no regrets. These are great and comfy shoes and they have the nicest staff!

The customer service here is unmatched. David was extremely helpful with my exchange. He was able to answer my additional questions regarding some other shoes of interest. Also he helped me facilitate the Westside provisions shopping center since I was new to the area. I will not hesitate to recommend this store to my friends. I plan to return this week with an out of town guest.

David was a spectacular host for my trip to Rothy’s!! It was exactly what you envision an intentional, encouraging, and helpful shopping experience to be. Not only were multiple styles and sizes pulled, but the conversations were effortless and I was given enough space to walk around and think on my purchase. Rothy’s corporate should hire David to run all employee trainings - he’s a charm!!

I was in the store a few weeks ago and even though it was super busy, the associate Erika was very helpful with my first time in the store. I was very surprised to learn she wasn’t the lead of the store considering how well she was multitasking with helping me and other customers. She definitely was doing a great job. Thanks Erika for your help! I also love the shoes she sold me. I wore them to a conference and got a lot of compliments!

I had to go in for an exchange, was already annoyed because of my online experience, however, I was blown away by the service in the store. David and Alvin greeted me and were beyond helpful and friendly assisting, along with some great humor. David made sure my new shoes fit and offered me color suggestions while going above and beyond with a quick and seamless exchange. The store was a bit slow and we started chatting and soon enough Robert, Alvin and Ashanti were also part of the discussion, all while providing amazing service to the other patron who came in. They truly were so knowledgeable about the product and the selection. Being face to face with such an attentive staff was truly great and something you don't experience much anymore. Being able to actually interact beyond the transaction really made this experience something unique and personal. The store was in impeccable shape and they all looked so professional. Robert the manager led a great team, everyone was calm, friendly and cooperative with each other- no one was on top of each other or standing around doing nothing, everyone was productive.Thank you Robert, David, Alvin and Ashanti for such a GREAT experience and the many laughs. Because of your amazing, friendly, and attentive service I will only be purchasing my future Rothys from this store (hopefully when this crew is working!). 50/10 experience. I am truly blown away by the customer experience. Thank you!!!!!

David was incredibly wonderful and helpful! Color selection was limited but David took the time to assist me in trying on various styles, even recommending some I hadn't considered. He's very knowledgeable about the products and Rothys in general. Thanks for a great visit!

This isn’t your typical retail shoe store. It’s not only minimalist, the service is minimal as well. I don’t ever feel comfortable stepping in any of the Rothy’s retail store as they just stare at you. Not sure what the objective is, but it sure feels cold not cozy.

I stopped by the Westside Provisions for donuts but as a Rothy lover decided to pop into the store. Immediately upon entering I was complimented on the current Rothy’s I was wearing, and Q and Alvin were so kind and attentive as I looked around.Found another perfect pair in an excellent color (red malbec) and was so excited about them i decided to wear them out the store! Great experience and will totally be coming back

My review got deleted, so I won't bother rewriting my entire review but I will say management is lost, store is not taken care of and twice now I have tried to make a return after work and the store has closed early.

They were rude to my husband when he bought me a gift card, were rude to me when I went in to spend the gift card and ask about shoe care, and closed early when I tried to go make a return. Your better off ordering online.
