If you are looking for somebody that ACTUALLY knows their LV, who is nice to you no matter what you look like! Go see Consuelo, at the LV part of SAKS. If it had not been for her, I wouldn’t have purchased anything. I also want to mention Cori from Prada. These two ladies really went above and beyond today and deserve to be appreciated. The gentleman in the fabulous green suede jacket was also extremely pleasant, I just didn’t catch his name.There were a few in the LV store, more happy to look at their cellphones, one young man working there actually said “o, here we go” when I started to inquire about the new tones of the leather…

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THEM. I required a signature and my package was delivered without one. Then it was stolen. They will not replace it, despite my required signature and they are now saying I never selected it. I am out $1000 with nothing to show for it.

I would like to write a review for orders and returns to Sak's. This is just online so not an in store review. I ordered some boots, immediately shipped them back since they didn't fit. The distribution center sent them back to me. I spoke to several customer service supervisors and sent pictures of the boots. Distribution center said they were damaged. I never wore them. Customer service told me to ship them back again, which I did. Now two months later they were rejected by the distribution center and are being returned to me. I am so angry and confused! What is wrong with the distribution center??? They should be fired. NEVER again will I order anything online from Saks.

Beware of rude store manager and sneaky return policy!I confirmed with the sales person before buying a pair of heels on clearance what the return policy was for clearance items and they told me it was the standard 30 days. The sales person mentioned nothing about the marks on the shoes which is normal for a clearance item that have been tossed around and tried on at the sales rack.I tried the shoes on with my wedding dress at home and decided to return them for another pair and the store manager refused to refund me because of said marks from when I bought it. She said the sales person should not have allowed me to buy the shoes in the first place. She could’ve treated the experience with more empathy, but instead made me feel like I was at fault for her employee’s lack of knowledge. Or maybe they wanted to make an easy sales commissions and omitted to tell the truth. Either way the manager refused the return and walked off rudely. I expect better customer service from a store where I spend over $500+ routinely included this pair of shoes on clearance. I will not be returning.

Store has a pretty wide selection of clothes, fragrances, and shoes. My rep, Mike, is the reason I give them 5 stars. He not only gives me suggestions he also actually hears my likes/dislikes and pieces things together for me. Genuine guy! Helps me in all of the other stores as well. And doesn't just try to sell me anything & everything. Gives his honest opinion. 10 stars

Customer service needs a lot of work, and employees do not need to comment on other people's bodies!My fiancée and I went in about a month ago and I wanted to try on a dress. We stood by the dressing room confused if we could let ourselves in for several minutes. One employee walked by and didn't even stop, just yelled across the floor that someone would let us in. Finally we hunted someone down and asked to be let in. We did not purchase anything that day. We were ignored and looked at like we shouldn't be there.But the real issue happened when my fiancée went back to purchase the dress I had tried on as a gift. The lady who "helped" her check out (because no one helped us either time until check-out process) first body-shamed my fiancée by saying "what size is this?" And after she looked at the size she said, "well... It's stretchy I guess". Not that my fiancée had to clarify, but she did clarify that the dress was not for her, but for me. To which the lady responded "tell your fianceé she needs to eat something". Are you serious? If it had been a larger size and she had told my fiancée to tell me to stop eating so much that would be a clear inappropriate remark. This is not how to treat paying customers, and especially customers at this price point. The customer "service" rep was not asked for her opinion on either of our bodies!Please retrain your staff to keep their nasty and inappropriate comments to themselves before you lose more customers. The lack of friendliness or helpfulness in the entire process is my secondary complaint, but I would not have left this review had the second interaction not occurred.
