Placed an online order in the morning, went to the store to pick up at 2:30 pm to a sign stating “store temporarily closed” back in 30 mins. I waited an hour and no one ever came back. This is definitely not a good look on business. If I wanted to wait on my order, I would’ve had it shipped…

I've only had positive experiences coming here (over 3 years now). Repeatedly, I've received wonderful advice and recommendations for color processing and semi perm dyes. I've forgotten to share my positive experiences in the past, but the associate today, John, was just so pleasant and helpful i wasn't going to forget again. (Also wanna share that it's right after valentines day ~ his hair was dyed pink with a red heart on it and it was super cute!!) My apologies if I misspelled his name, but yeah he was/is wonderful!

Just had an unfortunate profiling happen at this location (Thursday at 1pm) from store manager Deirdra Cameron at store #3088. My team and I were visiting this location as we are an incoming black owned business vendor for Sally’s Beauty. Within 1 minute at this location, we were “intercepted” by Jason Crisp of loss prevention asking why we were in store. After identifying who were, Deidra continued to have an extremely disrespectful attitude despite no other patrons in the store. As soon as one did enter and was checking out, she stated loudly to be heard by all that “they are here being looking at things, likely to steal.”As a future vendor, this is not the experience we desire for our consumers who choose to shop at Sally’s which ultimately is having us reconsider our distribution at this particular store. Our relationship with corporate Sally’s and other store managers has been a pleasant one so hoping that corporate and regional leadership make a change and removal of Deidra due to her judging, labeling, and characterization of Both vendors and consumers.

This location sucks. Every time I come I have to literally BEG to be helped. I literally on come here on Sunday’s because SANDYS HAIR CARE right next door gives much better service. This location needs to be COMPLETELY RESTAFFED!

Arrived 6:24PM & it’s closed even though hours state closes at 8PM. 2 other people came up at the same time to find it closed, lost all of our business.
