Heath is amazing and I wouldn't let anyone else cut my hair. Not sure about anyone else that works their. You may have to schedule your cutt way in advance because all the employees are in high demand, but its worth it.

Just moved to the area and needed a cut and style desperately. Found Keisha on the web. She is the most intelligent, competent stylist I have experienced. She was on time and super efficient. Her products were high-end and the place was clean and modern. Kiesha executed my hair cut and style that far exceeded my expectations. Her natural oil gave my hair a sheen with using less than a pea sized amount. I have experienced countless hair- heartbreak nightmares with other hair stylists, for decades. Love my stylist and the space but it's been over three months that the lady's room is still not working. Only one stall out of two and I've heard many clients complaining but the stylists can't do anything. The owners need to step up.

I scheduled a balayage appointment with a stylist, who texted me the night before saying that she had a conflict. She referred me to another stylist, and that stylist confirmed she could do the balayage. It was supposed to be subtle, but I left with incredibly brassy hair that is not at all a balayage. Looking on her page, she doesn’t even offer it herself. I showed another hairstylist, and she told me it was overprocessed and done incorrectly. Balayage is supposed to be painted, this was foiled then lightened. My naturally curly hair is now frizzy and extremely dry, to the point where it hardly curls. During the process, the stylist made a comment about wishing she had someone to experiment on, which immediately made me nervous. I am now having to get my hair completely redone and back to brunette somewhere else. On top of all this, the stylist never responded to my text where I requested a refund. After spending $200, I am having to spend more elsewhere to get it back to where I started.Service: Balayage
