Do not do delivery, it costs over $20 and you don't know what is missing. They missed a $10 item and I spent over an hour trying to get in touch with them. An over $30 disaster. It became a principle thing so I waited it out. Their computer systems and customer service stink.More Costco, Amazon and Walmart in my future!

Warning! Don't ever buy tires here and expect to use the free lifetime rotation and balance they offer. The customer service is horrific. They are unable to pay enough for enough tire techs to actually provide basic services. Their tire department is barely functioning. It took me six months, calls with corporate and one meeting with a store manager to have my tires rotated. I now stand at an empty front counter hoping someone responds to the QR code to give me mycar back. I am going back to Costco for anything tire related. Goodbye Sam's Club tire department forever.

My friend and I came here on a Saturday afternoon. It was a really quick trip since my friend only needed to grab a few things. Typical Sam's Club experience. Very busy but that was to be expected on a Saturday. My friend got what she needed/ wanted. Checkout was fast. We grabbed some pizza from the café and left.

Why are employees so unhappy and rolling their eyes. I had gone to pick my card and the member services lady rolled her eyes like i am asking for her kidney. And of course they don't have any physical cards . If you are out of cards just put a notice out , customers will stop coming to member services for it. The greeter was also rolling her eyes when i asked her where is member services . These are basic customer service interaction, no out of the way customer requests. You don't even have to be cheery or all smiles for them like at Chik Fila. A simple courteous response is enough. On the bright side certain things were cheaper than costco . It also has the cheapest Gas anywhere ITP and line keeps on moving .Just pick your stuff and avoid any interaction with employees .

Tire repair. For sure this not a review of All Sam's tire depts only the one on Claremont improper attempt to fix a flat (could not do it and when I took it to another Sam's was shown the problem and shown why it should not have been repaired). The counter guy told me after they could not stop the repair from leaking that they could not look up my receipt and he could not make and adjustment on a replacement until knew how old the tire was. Thought 75,000 referred to miles not age??? Any went to another tire dept they ordered tire installed it and adjusted the price (based on the tread level). Will never take my tire business here again.

I am new to the area but have been a Sam's Club member for years. This Sam's club has the most unhappy employees I have ever seen. I had a few questions navigating the store and they were there to answer my questions but they all looked exhausted. Sam's/Walmart, do better! Take care of the people that are making you money.

This Sam's Club is terrible. The store is dirty (overflowing trash cans, dirty restrooms, etc.). They rarely have items in stock. The staff is unhelpful. If you are interested in eating at the food court, you might want to think twice. "IF" they happen to have pizza, it is usually burnt, barely lukewarm or both. If you have the choice, Costco is a million times better for value and customer service.

The absolute worst location. I ordered 2 cases of water for delivery, fabulouso and crackers and paid the $12 for delivery plus tip bc i knew the water would be heavy. They cancelled the water items, did not contact for a replacement but thought that the items delivered were worthy of a tip and delivery - not. Upon contact they wanted to do the run around and also not take ownership. They stated that they did not have the item when they had it. Spoke with the manager and many others and the store regarding resolution. Was to be sent a gift card for the lack of customer service and also as a means of refunding the delivery cost/ tip. Never received. Furthermore to be spending money on a membership there should be some level of customer service and follow up... this is just walmart with an entry fee. Save time and just get a membership at Costco. They don't have these issues.

The best part of shopping here is the Scan N Go!! No need to interact with associates or frustrated shoppers. Gas prices are always lower than other locations but the lines are always long. So pack your patience or keep something to entertain you while you wait. I am so pleased that what I normally shop for is always in stock. The store is always clean and easy to maneuver.

I paid a premium for free pick up. This store does not enforce parking that is dedicated to this service and I consistently encounter parking problems as a result. Shame on Sam's Club for marketing a premium service that includes dedicated parking and failing to deliver on their promise. BTW I have provided feedback for several months.

This is the worse sams I have ever been to. I went to pick up something simple as water when I got there they were out of the item that I had purchased and charged me anyway. So when I called the customer service was rude and did not want to refund my money and give me a gift card. Stay away.

I recently went to the Sams club in Atlanta on Clairmont with my elderly uncle and we purchased a few items. My Uncle was undecided on purchasing a rug and decided not to purchase the item at that time. Once we returned to the vehicle my Uncle realized that he needed to by the rug. We then walk inside the exit since we knew the rug was sitting at the checkout and it was closer than having my Uncle who was using a cane to walk through. When we entered the store the store Team Member stated we couldn't go into the entrance, the Manager Sonya immediately stopped me and stated that I needed to go back outside and come through the entrance. I paused for a second and saw my Uncle slowly walking in. The manager then raised her voice at which point I told her I was just inside the store and forgot an Item which was at the checkout. She continued to yell at me and made my handicap uncle walk around through the entrance. We then purchase the rug using our Sams club card and proceeded to exit the store at which point a police officer stopped me and pulls me to the side stating that the Manager wanted to talk to me. I then ask the Police officer why he was stopping me and he started again that I needed to wait on the manager. At this point I am beyond frustrated and ask I asked the officer if this was necessary. The officer then stated that I need to calm down at which point I opted to walk off and leave the store. My Uncle stayed with the Officer for a few more minutes but the manager didn't come back. I have worked in retail for years and I have never went to such level to prove such a frivolous point.
