I inadvertently took a bottle of milk from the bottom of the shelf, and was rudely scolded by the staff, I did not answer him, maybe he thought I did not speak English, if you encounter some inexplicable things do not feel surprised, because they do not like working here

I went to Sam's Club on 2901 Clairmont RdAtlanta, Ga 30329on 01-06-24time to renew membershipI arrived and stood in line for the customer service desk and I told him that I wanted to renew my membership and I paid $110.00 with a credit card but he didn't give me a receipt(?) He said that they don't give a receipt for membership renewals but they do give me a receipt when I buy anything. They didn't gave me a receipt, they told me that the printer was not working and that I should enter my email address to receive a receipt, well I went and made purchases and I did not receive a membership payment receipt and I went and stand again in line, I got to a man of appearance from India, and I asked for a receipt, he left and said she was going to call the manager to give a receipt. I waited and waited, manager didn't come. There were people returning products to the customer service desk. I waited. then a tall lady (African American lady) came, but, she didn't know how to get into their system asking what was the password to get in; she me told don't get upset, I say I'm not only frustrated...Antoine (african american guy) told me to go get some guy at cashier lines, I couldn't find this fellow individual; at that point I said to myself why should I be chasing people for a receipt if I already paid at the front desk he showed me his tablet and told me that I had already paid that everything is fine, yes but I spent $110.00 and I don't have a receipt yet and I got tired of waiting a total of three hours because I also bought the pizza slide combo at the foodcourt. Later came the individual with the green hat and could print no receipt for the transaction, so I told him got tired 'cos do not have an email yet, I told him give refund and I don't what to buy anything today, but he printed refund using the printer that didn't work(?)...I don't know what happened, but it's strange that when you pay renew membership they give you the run around to print you a receipt...itis really weird that you have to go to chase employees to print you a receipt, don't you think?

I went fast and then there my sweater that I got didn't have a price so I had to get get another one with a price tag so I went and I was grabbing it this lady that works there grabbed my hand and yelled at me to don't touch the clothes keep in mind that I didn't unfold the clothes btw bad Sam's club

The staff at this location are amazing. I returned a 70 in tv. They took great care of me and my father. This was an early Christmas gift I thought was ruined. They personally went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I disliked coming to Sam’s because of the policies, but this store restored my faith and I will definitely be returning.

The store it's self is basically fine, but the cafe needs attention. It's very disappointed to wait in line to find out once you get to the counter that the cafe is out of hot dogs. How hard can it be to think a head and keep the hot dog bin supplied for customers. Or at least and here's an idea put a sign saying the cafe is out.

This place really deserves 0 stars but to leave my review its not possible.. went in to sams today after all my shopping i went to try and order a pizza lady at the counter said there was no more whole pepperoni pizzas in the back. I asked if there was any other kind of whole pizza she said no. She told me i could buy 5 slices and make a whole pizza so i said okay when she asked what kind of pizza i wanted i said pepperoni but i apparently couldnt buy just pepperoni slices it had to be mixed slices so i said okay she poceeded to go to the back and grab another whole pepperoni pizza and tell me i had to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready like what? I paid the price per slice which she could of just put in a box or on plates and give them to me but no i had to wait until she wanted to do it. Why was i told there was no more whole pepperoni pizzas and she literally went and got another one from the back but i still paid price per slice That makes no sense and managment was no help at all first they said id get a refund then they didnt do anything about the situation. Plus lady taking orders had the worst attitude like i get she was by herself bit thats not the members fault they need to put more than one employee to help. Do better sams.

Worst Sam's club have been since the late 90's, worst experience at the Cafe today, glad I don't live here, would've canceled my membership today. My electronic membership was being questioned by door greeter also, what a backward store and they don't follow cooperate rules. I like shopping at Sam's and no matter where I go, my first place to locate, is a Sam's club and this is the very worst club in many states and cities I have visited and this club is somewhat local to me. My main stores are Marietta, Woodstock and Alpharetta, if you want the best experience, go there.

No line at the gas pumps today. Even better that the gas is $3.08/gallon, that is such a deal. Cheaper than back at home too. Too bad this isn't exactly close to our hotel.

The store itself is great. It's organized, stocked, and overall very clean. The staff is nice and helpful. However, the only thing that deters me from wanting to shop here is the checkout experience. Staff is not helpful with redirecting lines and helping people get out the door. It's always busy no matter the time, which is fine, but staff could alleviate the crowd. With this, the receipt scanning before exiting is always backed up. 1-2 people cannot maintain and each time I have been in this line there are typically 30 others waiting as well. A good opportunity for staff, specifically management, to step in. Great shopping experience until you're trying to pay and leave.
