I get it. The airport is all the time so crowded and they need to attend all of these silly questions we have but it is what the role is for! We appreciate if the customer service gets improved. We do not deserve the way they talk to us in a despicable and frustrated way making us hurry and regret of our questions because the way they talk makes us feel the dumbest people on earth… how can I explain the kids I’ll gift the candy that they come from the most rude people I’ve met?

I stopped at the Savannah chocolates Before taking my flight back home . I purchased the German chocolate cake and I also got the dark chocolate coconut clusters . The cake was OK, but the coconut clusters were horrible . The candy definitely didn’t have that dark chocolate taste . It tasted like cheap chocolate I was so disappointed with the taste I threw the candy in the trash.

Said they are closed? 9:40 , I asked what time do you closed, and I was told now. No, what time do you close .. and she just said we are short staffed.. I think you don't care about the customer only about closing early. Just wanted to buy my wife a pre-made carnal apple ? but no, we are closed! Sad ! Hire more employees or maybe ones who care about your business.

This place is a complete rip off and the people they employ are clueless. I got less than a scoop of small gumballs to chew on the plane. The bulk candy is $3.65/lb and they tried to charge me $3.25 for 9 small gumballs... I asked the girl how much it actually weighed bc the price can't be right and she kept repeating the price. I walked out. Do better!

Hygiene 0/10. You don't take cash with the same gloves as you're getting chocolate. Its beyond germs it's about contamination. To the blonde woman working 5/24 1139am-shame. Even without training this is plain common sense

Got the chocolate pecan fudge, it was okay, definitely overpriced. They had a huge sign saying “free praline samples” so i asked to try one of those she said we don’t do those today. Then why have a huge sign for it? I don’t like misleading ads, server wasn’t friendly and the food was just okay. Overall avoid.

Sorely disappointed in the quality of the pralines. I grew up the south and have not gotten to come back often in the last few years. So, every time I do get to come home, I make it a point to buy staples that I grew up with. One being anything pecan. Initially excited and quickly disappointed. Pecan to sugar/praline ratio lacking. Only 2 ok size pieces and a few bits of pecan. Also has notable hint of being stale although sticker has a best until date of 5/3. Purchased a few other items to try. Kinda of skeptical to try now.

I ordered almond nut clusters, a caramel pecan apple, and a regular caramel apple from the airport location. The best way I can describe the almond cluster is that it tasted like old grease. I didn't even bother to eat the remaining clusters in the bag. The caramel apple, purchased for a relative, was also disappointing. The relative said the caramel tasted weird and wasn't very good. I decided not to even try the caramel pecan apple because I didn't want to waste the calories. I was very disappointed. The staff was friendly and I was hoping I would like this place, but these treats are way too expensive to taste bad.

Only giving this place a 1 star because I came in with my 7 yr old son before flying out because it was his birthday and the employee Alice was very rude and unwelcoming to me and my little boy. Totally ruined the beginning of our birthday trip for him . Hope she gets retrained in customer service.

We ordered a cake 6 weeks early to arrive on my husband’s birthday. The day before his birthday I checked to see where it was via UPS and UPS said a return to sender was requested. Apparently the cake was sent on Friday for a Tuesday delivery…quite a long time to be in the post I think. According to Savanna Candy on Friday a call was made to my number and a message left saying it would take too long and what did I want to do. Of course I never got that message and I didn’t receive and email which would have worked considering we were out if the country. Now why would they not know it took 5 days to ship when they shipped it? If there was a mistake why didn't the ship another on Monday? They returned my call on my husband’s birthday (Tuesday) and without apologizing and with an attitude said you want us to send another or get a refund? Apparently there shipping only works if you’re Bethany Frankle. Poorly run business.
